What the documents look like
For operating reviews in Amazon FBM fulfillment, this page examines FastGPT HTTP integrations. Compare the material received with the sources used in the answer. The examples are hypothetical.
Constraints at the HTTP integrations step
An FBM review can distinguish picking, dispatch confirmation, transit and buyer receipt, identifying the stage asked about. Proposed material supplies dispatch and transport sources without receipt evidence or a complete period order list. Use the real external contract to inspect subjects, states and times without assuming a single read is complete. Dispatch confirmation does not establish full delivery performance, and customer email is not automatically a carrier result.
Configuration and implementation checks
| Review check | Proposed material | Actual evidence |
|---|---|---|
| Stage scope | Dispatch and transit distinct from receipt | Not merged into completed fulfillment |
| Filter meaning | Dispatch time differs from receipt interval | Actual conditions cover the question |
| Mixed order | Another order’s transport material | Inspect source identity and remove it |
| Receipt gap | Current order lacks receipt evidence | Empty return does not establish non-delivery |
| Reconciliation | Separate complete list and business results | Reading is not full-period verification |
Documented conditions
| Documented item / implementation check | Condition |
|---|---|
Request address and method | The request address and method follow the external contract. |
Params and Headers | Inspect parameters, headers and authentication separately. |
| Body | Where a JSON body is used, validate its structure against the external contract. |
Variable references | Variables can come from global, system or upstream outputs. |
Debug identity fields | Test mode lacks chatId and responseChatItemId. |
Three common errors
Filtering by dispatch time while explaining receipt during a period exceeds the response’s meaning. Inspect the original time statement, actual parameters and coverage. Another order’s tracking material also needs identity checks and removal rather than being used to fill this receipt gap. An empty response does not directly establish non-delivery; compare contract and conditions and obtain corresponding receipt evidence before judgment. A proposed combination can state that dispatch was confirmed, carrier updates are unavailable and the customer reports non-receipt. Preserve all three source identities. The claim and absent tracking do not directly establish failure to dispatch or a lost parcel, while dispatch confirmation still cannot supply receipt. Ask whether the review concerns dispatch arrangements, tracking updates or customer receipt and obtain the evidence for that stage. A shared recipient name also does not justify joining stage passages from different orders into a single journey. Retain the supported order relationship before constructing a timeline. The report may explain that the present evidence stops at dispatch, identify the transport or receipt source still needed and describe how a later record would change the explanation, without treating lack of a query result as proof of a logistics event.
How to verify the setup
Retain business stages, order scope, actual request and returned evidence. Repeat after adding this order’s receipt, checking for expansion from transit progress to overall fulfillment. Inspect headers separately from business parameters and use a body where appropriate under the contract, keeping credentials private. Order changes, refunds and report writes require separate permissions and real states. A reading response does not establish complete reconciliation of the period’s fulfillment.
