What the documents look like
JD POP third-party store operations handle open-platform dispute rules and warranty-period service documents. The main data sources are the JD merchant backend, the JD help center, JD open-platform rules and logistics tracking. Day-to-day documents include the product information sheet, the delivery-time agreement, the dispute handling form and the warranty-period service record. These materials form the basis for cross-checking in operating reports and exception reviews: the product information sheet supplies the subject and object, the delivery-time agreement supplies the time range, and the dispute handling form together with the warranty-period service record supplies the status and the boundary of responsibility. The supplied update frequency is daily and per order. This page does not derive batch synchronization or real-time trigger mechanisms from that frequency.
Constraints at the workflow routing step
The Form Input node is a user-interaction node. When it is triggered, the conversation enters an interaction state and the workflow state is recorded. After the user fills in the required information and submits, the node collects the submitted form information and passes it to subsequent nodes. The User Selection node is also a user-interaction node. When it is triggered, the conversation enters an interaction state and the workflow state is recorded. When the user makes a choice, the node judges that choice and executes the "yes" branch. Interaction waiting, state recording and hiding the dialog box are node behaviors. The documents do not describe corresponding control switches, submission counts, automatic judgment or snapshot guarantees. Order writing, document backfill and external status synchronization require a separate business interface or a subsequent process. Retrieval or form collection does not constitute authorized execution. When materials in an operations handover sit at different stages such as pending review, signed or already effective, the judgment must use the same subject, the same period and the same field.
Hypothetical paper exercise sample: the source text of the material reads "Store A submitted a dispute handling form on 1 March 2025, with status pending review; the delivery-time agreement states that this order should ship before 3 March 2025; the warranty-period service record shows that the warranty period for this product runs to 1 September 2025." The draft sentence under review reads "Store A completed shipment on 3 March 2025 and the dispute handling form has been closed." The question to decide is whether the draft sentence is consistent with the material. The source text does not record a shipment completion time or a dispute closure status, so the draft sentence is unsupported.
Configuration and implementation checks
| Configuration item | Hypothetical starting point for this page | Check method |
|---|---|---|
| Required fields of the Form Input node | Dispute form number, store subject, submission date | Compare item by item against the source text; record missing items as gaps |
| User Selection node branch | The "yes" branch connects to the subsequent check node | Verify the branch connection one by one; confirm that the choice executes the corresponding branch |
| Interaction state recording | The workflow state is recorded after the node is triggered | Observe that the conversation enters the interaction state after triggering; no separate global switch is set |
| Output handoff | Pass the collected information to the subsequent judgment node | Compare output against input item by item; confirm the information is passed |
| Division of external operations | Order writing and status synchronization connect to a separate business interface | Check whether it is declared as a subsequent process; do not assume automatic execution |
| Retrieval scope identifier | Check the vector model identifier of the retrieval library | Exclude libraries with a different vector model; record the actual observation |
The hypothetical starting points are paper-based choices for this page and do not represent official default values.
Three common errors
- Treating required information collected by the Form Input node as business authorization. Input: in the hypothetical sample the dispute handling form status is pending review. Comparison: pending review against approved. Observable result: if the draft sentence states "closed," it is inconsistent with the source status and should be recorded as unsupported.
- Treating the "yes" branch of the User Selection node as automatic execution of an external operation. Input: in the sample the user selection branch connects to a subsequent node. Comparison: the branch connection against an order-writing interface. Observable result: if the configuration does not declare a business interface, order writing and status synchronization remain unknown.
- Treating retrieval results as a basis for permission or entity isolation. Input: the vector model identifier of the retrieval library. Comparison: identifiers of different vector model libraries. Observable result: when the identifiers differ, exclude that library; do not run cross-model retrieval to compare missed recall.
How to verify the setup
- Use the source text of the hypothetical sample to check the draft sentence. Input: the sample source text and the draft sentence. Comparison: same subject, same period, same field. Observable result: the shipment completion time and dispute closure status stated in the draft sentence have no corresponding record in the source text, so the judgment is unsupported.
- Use an empty-result handoff check. Input: the paper input []. Comparison: the downstream node design. Observable result: the downstream node has an explicit handoff path for empty input; do not claim that a fictional rule retrieval necessarily returns [].
- Use a branch-connection check. Input: the "yes" branch connection of the User Selection node. Comparison: the input requirements of the subsequent node. Observable result: after the choice, the corresponding branch executes and the output matches the input item by item; first-hit or full-recall guarantees are not provided.
This page addresses only JD POP third-party store operations, operating reports and exception reviews, and workflow routing. It does not treat retrieval or form collection as authorized execution when materials, operations or requests in an operations handover sit at an unclear authorization stage.
