What the documents look like
For operating reviews in Refund-only disputes, this page examines FastGPT HTTP integrations. Compare the material received with the sources used in the answer. The examples are hypothetical.
Constraints at the HTTP integrations step
A refund-only review must distinguish application, appeal submission and actual handling, without turning an application into a completed remedy. Proposed sources contain the claim and dispatch or receipt passages while lacking a platform decision and complete scoped list. An actual HTTP contract must define retrievable states, subjects and periods before references are checked. After-sales, carrier and warehouse systems are not assumed to be connected, and a customer statement is not verified product evidence.
Configuration and implementation checks
| Review check | Proposed material | Actual evidence |
|---|---|---|
| Event stages | Application, appeal and handling result separate | Application is not completed remedy |
| Period subjects | Submission interval distinct from completion interval | Request and response support the chosen meaning |
| Case mismatch | Another order’s receipt enters this case | Inspect correspondence and remove it |
| Decision gap | No platform determination or complete list | Empty return does not replace evidence |
| Handling result | Separate refund or claim state | Reading is not platform agreement |
Documented conditions
| Documented item / implementation check | Condition |
|---|---|
Request address and method | The request address and method follow the external contract. |
Params and Headers | Inspect parameters, headers and authentication separately. |
| Body | Where a JSON body is used, validate its structure against the external contract. |
Variable references | Variables can come from global, system or upstream outputs. |
Debug identity fields | Test mode lacks chatId and responseChatItemId. |
Three common errors
Application-period conditions cannot directly support a conclusion about cases completed in that interval. Inspect event meaning and response coverage. Another order’s receipt also needs correspondence checks instead of filling this case’s gap. Empty results may concern unsuitable conditions; before checking the service definition, they establish neither absent disputes, absent appeals nor lack of platform handling. Retain the particular evidence still needed. Another ordinary-text example can state that the customer applied, the merchant submitted an explanation and the platform result is absent. Merchant submission is not platform acceptance, and a customer application is not receipt of a refund. Reviewing processing progress requires separate source status for statements, submissions and business outcomes. A narrower review of available materials cannot silently become a judgment about responsibility across cases. Later evidence still needs correspondence to this case and to its actual business time. Do not fill an absent stage with another order’s document merely to create a complete-looking chain. The report should identify the stage reached by each supplied record, which connection remains unestablished and what evidence would support the next conclusion, without borrowing authority from an external response that contains several different source types.
How to verify the setup
Record event stage, order, actual request and the absent decision. Repeat after corresponding handling evidence arrives and limit conclusions to retrieved records. Check parameters separately from authentication headers and structure a body where appropriate under the contract, without publishing credentials. Refunds, claims and report writes need separate permission and actual business states. Reading establishes neither platform agreement with either party nor complete dispute reconciliation.
