What the documents look like
Warehouse picking, checking and packing handles outbound orders. It does not handle supplier arrivals. The data sources named in the brief are the WMS, the order system, the electronic waybill platform and weighing equipment. The documents handled day to day are wave picking lists, checking records, waybills and packaging material sheets. Data updates per order or hourly.
Three of these facts shape the operating review task. First, the outbound direction fixes the review object as orders and parcels, so workflow routing inputs must sit on picking, checking and packing. Second, multiple source documents mean one order has a separate record in the WMS, the order system and the waybill platform; a comparison must first confirm the same subject and the same order number, then compare fields. Third, the consequences named in the brief, wrong shipment, missed shipment and parcel damage, point to after-sales compensation, so an exception review needs to keep wrong shipment, missed shipment and damage as distinct facts rather than merging them into one conclusion.
Constraints at the workflow routing step
The Form Input node enters an interaction state when triggered, collects required information, and passes that information to later nodes after submission. The User Selection node evaluates the user's choice and executes the corresponding "yes" branch. Both are user interaction nodes: they record the workflow state and continue execution after the user completes the interaction.
The constraint is that interaction nodes collect and pass values. They do not constitute authorization. Order writes, document backfill and external status synchronization require a separate business interface or a later process. Retrieval returns material; it does not carry permission or entity isolation. Semantic recall and relevance scores do not exclude unrelated businesses or unauthorized records.
Hypothetical drill sample: a wave picking list reads "Wave W-0417, order O-2201, item A, quantity 2, picker scanned, status is pending check." A checking record reads "Order O-2201, item A, actual quantity 2, checker signed, status: check complete." A waybill reads "Order O-2201, recipient address printed, waybill status: generated." The draft sentence under review is "Order O-2201 has completed checking and entered packing." The judgment must use the same subject, the same period and the same field: the wave list status is pending check and the checking record status is check complete, which are different fields of different documents, so packing cannot be judged as executed from them. There is no material for the packing step, so that status remains to be verified.

The relevance threshold starting point of 0.5 is a hypothetical trial starting point for this exercise. It is chosen to separate hits from misses in the sample material. The actual comparison object is the observed retrieval return. It is not an official default value.
Three common errors
- Treating a retrieval hit as authorization. The input is the wave picking list text; the comparison object is "entered packing" in the draft sentence; the observable result is that retrieval returns material that contains no packing execution record, so packing cannot be judged as executed.
- Treating the interaction node state record as a global switch. The input is the Form Input node configuration; the comparison object is the documented behavior "records the workflow state"; the observable result is node behavior, which does not constitute an additional control item.
- Merging fields from different documents into one judgment. The input is the wave list status and the checking record status; the comparison object is the same order and the same field; the observable result is that the two belong to different documents and cannot be combined into one conclusion.
How to verify the setup
- Input the wave picking list text and the draft sentence from the hypothetical sample. Compare "has completed checking and entered packing" in the draft sentence against the source status "pending check." The condition is met when the draft sentence exceeds what the source supports, which it does here.
- Input the checking record text. Compare its status field "check complete" against packing as stated in the draft sentence. The observable result is that the packing step has no material, so that status remains to be verified and the judgment condition is not met.
- Input the paper input [] for an empty-result handover. Compare whether the downstream node design handles an empty value. The observable result is that the downstream design must state how it accepts an empty value; no claim is made that a fictional rule retrieval necessarily returns [].
All three verifications use the hypothetical sample as input and do not indicate that testing has been performed. The missing packing material remains missing.
