Three common errors
Using a general headquarters SOP as evidence of this store’s completed checks confuses standards with execution. Inspect the actual passage and returned citation. A required assessment supplied only as a heading may still be unsuitable input or result in no call. Inspect the request’s origin and obtain relevant content rather than treating a nonempty value as completed assessment. Another store’s photograph cannot establish this store’s opening state.
How to verify the setup
Retain attendance, instructions, assessment and opening gaps separately, tracing actual calls and output sources before and after corresponding records arrive. Connect a small required tool set without assuming complete access to the training library. Termination ends this call without a later AI summary. Training recognition, opening approval and record writes require separate authority and receipts; reading text does not establish passed competence or readiness checks.
