What the documents look like
For operating reviews in Omnichannel stock transfers, this page examines FastGPT citation tracing. Trace snapshot definitions, reservations and transfer requests separately in inventory reviews. The examples are hypothetical.
Constraints at the citation tracing step
A proposed channel-inventory review includes reservations in a snapshot, submits a dispatch request and leaves store receipt unresolved. The draft calls stock balanced across warehouses and saleable. The snapshot alone does not establish how much stock is usable. A dispatch request does not establish that dispatch occurred, and receipt evidence is missing. Preserve warehouse and action identities in citations. Records for the same item in two locations prove neither movement nor physical-account consistency. No quantities, turnover figures or transfer effects are supplied; the test concerns traceability of the proposed report rather than real operational performance.
Configuration and implementation checks
| Material check | Conditions in this test | Implementation evidence |
|---|---|---|
| Snapshot definition | Includes reservations | Do not make all available. |
| Dispatch stage | Request submitted only | Seek actual movement. |
| Store receipt | Current unresolved | Do not borrow other-warehouse history. |
| Batch and warehouse | Identify each original | Inspect cited subject. |
| Availability finding | Receipt alone does not establish saleability | Seek applicable state. |
Documented conditions
| Documented item / implementation check | Condition |
|---|---|
Associated knowledge bases | Knowledge bases associated with one search node must use the same embedding model. |
Citation output | The output is an array; an empty array can continue. |
Citation input handoff | Inspect citations actually received by the answer step. |
Citation display check | Trace displayed sources to their originals. |
Document-validity check | Inspect source identity and applicable version separately. |
Three common errors
First, a snapshot including reservations may become entirely available stock; inspect its definition and actual usability evidence rather than treating recorded goods as saleable. Second, a dispatch request may become completed transfer; seek corresponding actual movement and receipt records. Third, another warehouse’s historical receipt may apply here; compare warehouse, batch and original identity instead of merging by item name. These concern data nature, execution stage and source subject. More snapshots cannot fill missing transport or physical evidence required for the report’s claims about this transfer.
How to verify the setup
Ask what the snapshot includes, how far the request progressed and what the store lacks, inspecting actual citations. Snapshot-only evidence leaves reservation and receipt qualifiers in the report. An empty reference array cannot determine the stock balance or whether a transfer occurred. Added current receipt needs batch and warehouse checked, changing receipt alone while usability requires its own source. Inspect the reference array actually delivered to answering; an old snapshot does not become physical evidence when new material appears. This exercise changes no stock, moves no goods and calculates no actual business result or sale commitment.
