Brand concession operations: conversation logs for operating reviews

Review conversation logs for operating reviews in Brand concession operations. Check input mappings, source evidence and failure handling before use.

What the documents look like

A shopping-mall concession accepts unified mall cashiering and deduction-based settlement. Sales data first lands in the mall POS, then is reconciled against the brand ERP and the finance system. Daily updates coexist with monthly settlement. The joint-operation deduction contract, the mall activity letter, sales receipts, and the monthly settlement statement are the materials repeatedly recalled during an operating review.

For conversation logs and audit work, the practical difficulty is that the same day's sales may be split across the mall POS and the brand ERP, while deduction fees and activity resources only surface in concentrated form at monthly settlement. Whether a log can support traceability depends on the fields the interface actually returns.

Constraints at the conversation logs step

The conversation interface locates an application through appId, marks a session through chatId, and marks one conversation under a session through dataId. With detail=true the response carries responseData, which includes module name, model, tokens, and runningTime; with detail=false no intermediate values are returned. A plugin application defaults to detail mode, needs no chatId and no messages, receives input through variables, and exposes plugin output from the element whose moduleType is pluginOutput. The interactive configuration returned by an interactive node contains only type and params; entryNodeIds, memoryEdges, nodeOutputs, and nodeResponseId are not returned. The existence of a log does not mean a compliance audit is complete; reconciliation, retention, and compliance requirements are implemented separately by the full business solution.

Hypothetical drill sample: the joint-operation deduction contract for a concession covering 1 March to 31 March states a deduction rate of 18%, and the mall activity letter states that during the promotion from 15 March to 17 March the deduction is executed at 15%. The monthly settlement statement lists sales of 12,000 on 15 March and 8,000 on 16 March, both calculated at 18%. The proposed sentence is "the deduction during the 15 to 17 March activity period has been settled at 15%." That proposed sentence differs in value from the activity letter and the settlement statement on the same period and the same field. The original receipts and settlement details must be checked first, and any part without support remains pending verification.

Configuration and implementation checks

Configuration itemHypothetical starting value for this trialReason and comparison method
appIdAssume the appId of this concession reporting application is enteredCompare with the appId returned by the session list to confirm the same application
chatIdAssume the chatId of this review session is enteredCompare with the chatId returned by getHistories to confirm the same session
dataIdAssume the dataId of the conversation under review is enteredCompare with the dataId returned by getPaginationRecords
detailAssume set to trueCompare with the detail=false return to confirm whether responseData is present
sourceAssume set to apiCompare with page-origin sessions to confirm only API-created sessions are taken
loadCustomFeedbacksAssume set to trueCompare with the return that omits this parameter to confirm whether custom feedback is read out

These values are hypothetical starting values for this trial, not official defaults.

Three common errors

  1. Treating a detail=false return as a complete run detail. The input is one detail=false request; compare whether responseData appears in the return; when the observed result is that it does not appear, module run status cannot be inferred from it.
  2. Treating the interactive display configuration as internal run state. The input is one response that hits an interactive node; compare whether entryNodeIds, memoryEdges, nodeOutputs, and nodeResponseId appear in the return; when the observed result is that they are not returned, those fields cannot be inferred to have been retained.
  3. Treating the existence of a log as completion of reconciliation or a compliance audit. The input is one retained conversation; compare whether its fields cover the deduction rate, the activity period, and the settlement amount; when the observed result is that they are not covered, the reconciliation conclusion remains pending verification.

How to verify the setup

  1. Input the proposed sentence from the hypothetical sample together with the original text of the activity letter and the settlement statement. Compare the subject, period, and deduction-rate fields across the three. When the observed result is that the activity letter's 15% and the settlement statement's 18% differ on the same field for the same period, the proposed sentence is unsupported.
  2. Input one detail=true request. Compare whether responseData contains moduleName, model, tokens, and runningTime. When the observed result is that these fields are present, the run detail can be read out; when they are absent, record the gap.
  3. Input one plugin application request. Compare the pluginOutput of the element whose moduleType is pluginOutput in the return. When the observed result is that the plugin output can be extracted, it is read out; when it is not returned, record the gap and do not infer that the plugin did not run.
