What the documents look like
For operating reviews in Brand concession operations, this page examines FastGPT citation tracing. Trace reprinted receipts, settlement periods and counter identity separately in mall reviews. The examples are hypothetical.
Constraints at the citation tracing step
A proposed mall-counter review marks a receipt as reprinted for filing, leaves prior-period settlement unresolved and records a neighbouring counter’s submission. The draft calls every source a verified current transaction for this counter. Reprinting adds no trade by itself, prior-period wording settles no current account and another counter has a different subject. Preserve document identity rather than merging common sales or settlement titles. No sales amounts, commission rates or growth results are supplied; the exercise checks attribution rather than calculating or asserting an actual commercial outcome.
Configuration and implementation checks
| Material check | Conditions in this test | Implementation evidence |
|---|---|---|
| Receipt event | Reprint for filing | Inspect original trade identity. |
| Period scope | Prior period pending | Do not settle current period. |
| Counter subject | Neighbour counter | Do not make current counter. |
| Action stage | Submission and confirmation | Trace separately. |
| Report conclusion | Covered transactions only | Do not infer all verified. |
Documented conditions
| Documented item / implementation check | Condition |
|---|---|
Associated knowledge bases | Knowledge bases associated with one search node must use the same embedding model. |
Citation output | The output is an array; an empty array can continue. |
Citation input handoff | Inspect citations actually received by the answer step. |
Citation display check | Trace displayed sources to their originals. |
Document-validity check | Inspect source identity and applicable version separately. |
Three common errors
First, a reprinted receipt may become a new transaction; inspect original transaction identity and reprint reason rather than inferring trade from paper. Second, earlier settlement may merge into the current period; check period and original wording with pending status retained. Third, another counter’s submission may become current verification; compare counter, matter and actual outcome, since submission is no confirmation. These concern event identity, time scope and subject-stage attribution. A group of citations cannot replace the actual reconciliation required for the present counter and reporting period.
How to verify the setup
Ask why the receipt was reprinted, which period settlement concerns and whose activity record is supplied, expanding actual citations. A reprint supports filing without proving invalid trade or duplicate charging. Empty references require scope and transfer checks. Added current-counter confirmation needs matching transactions before changing covered conclusions, not universal verification. This exercise posts no accounts, refunds nothing and checks no commercial parameter. Actual reconciliation and handling require original records and authority; a finished report establishes no completed business execution beyond the evidence it actually cites.
