What the documents look like
Retail plastic bag and single-use item reporting serves single-use plastics reporting and environmental supervision. The material set is built around plastic bag procurement ledgers, sales vouchers, semi-annual reports, and self-discipline undertakings. Data arrives from the Ministry of Commerce reporting system, POS plastic bag sales, procurement systems, and store ledgers. Sales and procurement records update daily, while the submitted material takes shape on a semi-annual cycle.
Operating reporting and anomaly review in this category answers one question: do ledger quantities, sales vouchers, and the semi-annual report agree on scope, and at which stage does a difference appear. Two consequences follow. Material is spread across procurement, checkout, and store ledger sources, so database operations must keep the original records retrievable under one consistent scope for reconciliation. Because the consequences of error include a deadline for rectification, a fine of ten thousand to one hundred thousand yuan, and a regulatory interview, the review record itself must preserve traceable samples rather than summary figures alone.
Constraints at the database operations step
Database operations here must make original records for the three material types queryable, exportable, and reviewable, and must ensure that the same business sample returns consistent results after a configuration change. Retrieval and forms only fetch or collect values. Business verification, approval, database writes, and external synchronization each require their own downstream implementation, and retrieval by itself does not constitute authorization.
Hypothetical drill sample: a store ledger states in its original text, "Procurement of plastic bags in the first half of 2025 totalled 12,000 units; sales vouchers total 11,500 units; a difference of 500 units is pending verification." A draft semi-annual report states, "First-half usage was 11,500 units." The draft sentence to be judged is, "The store's first-half usage is consistent with the procurement ledger." Reconciliation takes the ledger quantity, the voucher total, and the report draft as inputs, and compares whether the values for the same store, the same half-year period, and the same "usage/procurement quantity" field are mutually exclusive. The 500-unit difference is an unsupported item. It must remain pending verification and cannot be written as a negative or conflicting conclusion.
Configuration and implementation checks
The table lists only official documented settings or implementation checks relevant to this page's primary task. Where a number appears, it is a hypothetical starting point for this exercise, used for comparison against observed load, and does not represent an official default.
| Configuration item | Purpose on this page | How to check |
|---|---|---|
MONGODB_URI | Connection for business source data storage | Set per actual deployment; check that ledger and voucher records can be queried |
DB_MAX_LINK | Maximum database connection pool size | Compare against observed concurrency for the deployment; do not copy an untested threshold |
SYNC_INDEX | Creates missing indexes at startup | When disabled, indexes must be maintained separately; check whether queries still complete |
MONGODB_LOG_URI | Log database connection | When unset, the main database is reused; check that review logs can be retrieved |
FILE_TOKEN_KEY | Key for file reads and file authorization | Required at runtime; check that voucher attachments can be read |
AES256_SECRET_KEY | Encryption and decryption key | Required at runtime; check that sensitive field reads and writes behave normally |
Backup and restore must be verified separately: producing a backup and actually restoring from it are two different things, and each keeps its own reviewable sample and record. After changing a database or service configuration, re-check query results with the same business sample. A running process does not constitute a completed check.
Three common errors
- Treating retrieval results as authorization. For the input "a store's half-year plastic bag ledger," a returned record shows only that the record exists, not that the current operator is entitled to export or report it. Compare the retrieval return range against the operator's authorization scope, and record a gap when the two do not match.
- Treating pending review as approved. The 500-unit ledger difference is pending verification, and a draft sentence that directly states "consistent" turns an unsupported item into a conclusion. Compare the material's status field against the draft sentence's assertion, and keep the item pending verification while the status is not confirmed.
- Mixing different periods or different fields into one comparison. Subtracting full-year usage from first-half procurement to obtain a difference leaves subject, period, and field misaligned, and the result cannot serve as conflicting evidence. Align store, period, and field first, then compare values.
How to verify the setup
- Input the ledger text, the voucher total, and the report draft from the hypothetical sample, and compare the three values for the same store, the same half-year period, and the same field. The condition is satisfied when the three values agree; when the 500-unit difference appears, record it as pending verification rather than as a negative statement.
- Input the draft sentence "The store's first-half usage is consistent with the procurement ledger," and compare that assertion against the material's actual status. When the material states the difference is pending verification, the draft sentence does not satisfy the condition and must be changed to pending-verification wording.
- Input an operator's export request for a ledger record, and compare the retrieval return range against the authorization scope. When returned records exceed the authorization scope, record a gap and do not execute the export; when the authorization scope is not stated, also keep it as a gap.
For an empty-result check, an explicit paper input [] can carry the downstream design. This does not support inferring that any invented rule must return empty. Libraries using different vector models cannot be associated together; check the identifier first, exclude those that do not match, and record the actual observation instead of running a cross-model retrieval to compare missed recall.
