Export tax rebate filings: conversation logs for operating reviews

Review conversation logs for operating reviews in Export tax rebate filings. Check sources, input boundaries, error handling and repeatable test evidence.

What the documents look like

Export tax rebate filing happens after goods leave the country, when tax vouchers are matched against the customs record. The working documents are the export exemption and rebate filing form, the export customs declaration, purchase invoices, and foreign exchange receipt vouchers. Data arrives from the electronic tax bureau, the export rebate filing system, customs electronic messages, and the accounting ledger. The operating review and exception review step answers a narrow question: which batch of vouchers sits in which period and in which state. Conversation logs and audit records support that step by tying the session identifier, the run detail, and the business record together so a reviewer can check them side by side.

Filing moves by month and by batch. Errors lead to delayed rebate, denial of rebate, or tax risk. Log retention on its own does not amount to a compliance audit; reconciliation, retention, and compliance obligations belong to a complete business plan implemented elsewhere. Business fields that the log does not return cannot be assumed to be fully retained.

Constraints at the conversation logs step

Session identity is checked against chatId so that a target conversation and a business record can be lined up. Sessions from different entry points are not counted together. When the session list is retrieved with source=api, only sessions created through the API are returned, not sessions from the page. Clearing an application's sessions likewise clears only sessions created with an API key. When run detail is needed, detail is set per the official contract; intermediate values are distinguished by event in stream mode and held in responseData in non-stream mode. Response values for different modules inside responseData may vary by version, so they are recorded first and the latest values examined afterward.

Hypothetical paper exercise sample, not a real customer and not a real identifier:

Material one, a draft export exemption and rebate filing form, records that the filing entity is a trading company, the period is March 2025, and three customs declarations are involved. Material two, two purchase invoices for the same batch, with invoice dates in March 2025. Material three, one foreign exchange receipt voucher whose amount agrees with the combined total of those invoices, with a receipt date of April 2025.

Draft sentence to be judged: "The purchase invoices and foreign exchange receipt voucher for all three customs declarations in this batch are fully matched, and the filing data can be generated."

Basis for judgment: the materials state only the correspondence in count and amount between the invoices and the receipt voucher. They do not state the voucher matching result for each of the three customs declarations, and they do not state that the filing data generation action has been performed. The draft sentence goes beyond what the materials support and is unsupported.

Configuration and implementation checks

The rows below are check items for this hypothetical exercise. The values are hypothetical starting points, not official defaults.

Check itemHypothetical starting point for this exerciseReason for the choice and comparison method
Session sourcesource set to apiKeeps API sessions separate from page sessions; compare whether the returned list contains only API sessions
Run detaildetail set to trueEnabled when intermediate values are needed; compare whether responseData is returned with the request
Context lengthNo value presetCompare contextTotalLen against the actual number of history entries
Session identifierchatId length under 250Checked item by item against the documented length constraint
Feedback readloadCustomFeedbacks set to trueCheck whether the conversation list carries customFeedbacks
Identity proxyauthProxy enabled by the team ownerCheck whether the proxy identity holds permission for the target application and session

Three common errors

  1. Treating every session returned in the session list as a conversation for this filing batch. Input to check: the source parameter and the chatId values in the returned list. Comparison object: the session identifiers in the business record. Observable result: a session from a non-API source appearing in the list shows the scope was taken incorrectly.
  2. Treating a detail=false response as a record that contains run detail. Input to check: the detail value in the request. Comparison object: whether responseData is present in the response. Observable result: when responseData is absent, the node run situation cannot be judged from that response.
  3. Writing the amount agreement of the foreign exchange receipt voucher directly as completed customs declaration matching. Input to check: hypothetical materials one through three. Comparison object: the draft sentence against the source wording of the materials. Observable result: the materials do not state a customs declaration matching result, so the sentence is unsupported.

How to verify the setup

  1. For materials one through three and the draft sentence, the input is the source text of the three materials plus that draft sentence. Compare whether the draft sentence states a matching conclusion that the materials do not record. If it does, the sentence is judged unsupported. The expectation is to keep the evidence gap open rather than supply an authorization or effective clause.
  2. For session source, the input is a request with source=api and the returned list. Compare the chatId values in the list against the business record. The expectation is that only API-source sessions remain; a page session appearing means the condition is not met.
  3. For run detail, the input is a request with detail=true and stream=false. Compare whether responseData in the response contains module name and running time fields. When they are absent, record that they were not returned, and do not infer whether the node ran successfully.

Retrieval and similarity do not carry permission or entity isolation, and a relevance score does not exclude unrelated business or unauthorized records. An empty result branch can be checked against downstream design using a paper input of an empty list, without claiming that a particular retrieval returns empty. Libraries built on different vector models cannot be associated with each other; check the identifier first and exclude those that do not match, then record the actual observation.
