What the documents look like
Peak-sale warehouse and delivery scheduling turns on short-lived peak capacity and the arrangement of people, vehicles, and yard space. It differs from steady multi-warehouse inventory synchronization, which balances stock across sites on an ongoing basis. The working documents named in the brief are the peak-sale forecast sheet, staff rosters, courier support plans, and the daily exception report. The brief places the update rhythm at per-sale and daily, and those two cadences are the only ones stated.
For operating reports and exception reviews, conversation logs serve as reconciliation material. In the documented chat interface, chatId identifies one conversation and dataId identifies one exchange within that conversation. Which fields can be reconciled depends on what the interface returns. The documentation states that passing detail=true returns intermediate values and that non-streaming results are held in responseData; without detail, only the final answer is returned and module status and complete results do not appear. The existence of a log does not mean the underlying business data was fully retained, and fields that were not returned remain unknown.
Constraints at the conversation logs step
Conversation identity has to be matched against business records through chatId, and sessions from different entry points must not be counted together. The documentation states that when retrieving the conversation list, source=api returns only conversations created through the API and does not retrieve conversations from the page. Clearing application conversations likewise clears only those created by API Key. Run detail requires setting detail per the official contract and inspecting responseData; a detail=false response contains no module-level fields. Identity fields in test mode and production calls may differ, so inputs, history, and returned content need separate checks. Business audit responsibilities are handled by a complete business plan; retrieval and collected form values do not constitute authorization and do not complete a compliance audit.
Hypothetical drill sample: a warehouse submits a draft exception report on 15 July 2026, the first day of a peak sale. The draft reads: "At 14:00 on 15 July, sorting line A accumulated 1,200 backlogged orders because temporary staff did not report for the shift; one additional pickup vehicle from courier B has been coordinated." A second sentence awaits a determination: "This exception has been automatically resolved by the system with a scheduling adjustment and synchronized to the courier system." The reconciliation material is the conversation record for that session under the same chatId, plus a scheduling adjustment request marked "pending review."
Configuration and implementation checks
| Reconciliation item | Documented setting or implementation check | Relation to the sample |
|---|---|---|
| Conversation identity | Locate the target conversation and exchange by combining chatId and dataId | Confirms which exchange record the draft sentence corresponds to |
| Run detail | Set detail=true when intermediate values are needed and inspect responseData | Determines whether the record contains module-level run fields |
| Conversation source | When retrieving conversations, source=api returns only API-created conversations | Separates page conversations from API conversations so they are not counted together |
| Interactive node | With detail=true, read the display configuration from event=interactive or from content | Checks whether form input values are retained as a separate record |
| Feedback field | loadCustomFeedbacks controls whether custom feedback is read | Determines whether this exchange carries a feedback record |
| Hypothetical trial starting point | This exercise starts from dataId uniqueness because a response message ID must be unique within the current chatId; the comparison object is other dataId values under the same chatId | Used to judge whether the record can be located consistently |
Three common errors
- Treating a
detail=falsereturn as a complete run record. The input is adetail=falseresponse; the comparison object is whetherresponseDatais present; the observable result is that module-level fields are absent, and the call needs to be repeated withdetail=true. - Treating a
source=apiconversation list as all conversations. The input is a request withsource=api; the comparison object is whether page conversations appear in the list; the observable result is that page conversations do not appear, and the source needs separate verification. - Reading a scheduling adjustment request marked "pending review" as already executed. The input is the request marked pending review; the comparison object is the draft sentence claiming the adjustment was completed and synchronized; the observable result is that the request status and the sentence disagree, so the claim is unsupported.
How to verify the setup
- Input the sample source text and the draft sentence; compare whether "automatically resolved by the system with a scheduling adjustment and synchronized" has a corresponding record field in the material; the observable result is that when no such field exists in the material, the statement is judged unsupported.
- Input the conversation record under the same
chatIdand the pending-review request; compare the request status with the completion wording in the draft sentence; the observable result is that a pending status cannot be read as completed execution. - Input a
detail=trueresponse; compare whetherresponseDatacontains module-level fields; the observable result is that when the fields appear, the run detail for that exchange is available for reconciliation, and when the fields do not appear, the record is a gap.
These checks test the named task of reconciling conversation logs against business records. They do not test identity certification, report analysis, or any other task. Retrieval and relevance scores do not act as authorization or entity filters, and a similarity setting does not exclude unrelated businesses or unauthorized records. Missing evidence stays missing: a pending request is not an approval, an offered option is not an execution, and an unsigned termination is not a completed termination.
