What the documents look like
Marketplace category access is decided before a listing is published or a store is onboarded. The review object is the operating entity and its authorization chain. The documents handled day to day are the business license, the trademark registration certificate, the brand authorization chain, and industry licenses. Sources include platform merchant-recruitment pages, the national enterprise credit information disclosure system, trademark office data, and license systems. Materials are collected again at each onboarding rather than refreshed on a fixed schedule.
For operating reviews and incident retrospectives, the question at this step is narrower: which conversations a qualification inquiry passed through, which fields were returned, and which materials remain in a pending-correction state. Conversation logs and audit support record reconciliation. They do not decide whether a qualification is genuine and do not replace the platform's review conclusion.
Conversation identity is separated by chatId. Sessions from different entry points under the same application stay independent, and reviews aggregate by chatId rather than merging entry points into one count. When run details are needed, the official contract is called with detail=true, and intermediate values plus the full result are held in responseData; in stream mode the event field separates node status from the complete response. A field that does not appear in the returned log cannot be assumed to have been retained. What the interface actually returns is what gets reconciled. Identity fields in test mode and in a production call may differ, so input, history, and returned content are checked separately. The existence of a log and the completion of a compliance audit are two different facts; reconciliation, retention, and compliance requirements are carried out by a separate full business solution.
Hypothetical paper exercise. Source text one: "Business license: XX Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd., unified social credit code 91XXXXXX, business scope includes prepackaged food sales, registration status active, valid until March 2030." Source text two: "Trademark registration certificate: No. 12345678, registrant XX Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd., approved goods in Class 30, exclusive right valid until August 2029." Source text three: "Brand authorization chain: the brand owner authorizes XX Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd. to sell in the East China region, authorization period January 2025 to December 2025, the authorization letter does not state that sub-authorization is permitted." Draft sentence to be judged: "This entity holds complete qualifications, the authorization covers the whole country, and it can pass category access review directly." The judgment of this draft sentence looks only at the source texts and the sentence itself, and introduces no other records.
Constraints at the conversation logs step
The chatId is the unit that binds a conversation to a business record. A review that needs to trace one qualification inquiry back to its dialogue must confirm that the target chatId is the one being read, and must not add sessions from other entry points into the same total. The detail parameter controls whether intermediate values and the full result are returned. When run details are required, the official contract is used with detail=true, and the check is whether responseData carries the module fields the review needs. A field absent from responseData is a record gap, not evidence that the field was stored elsewhere.
The stream parameter changes how results arrive. With stream=false the full result sits in responseData; with stream=true, node status and complete responses arrive as distinguished events. The two forms are compared against each other only to confirm that the chosen value matches the response shape actually observed, not to rank one as better. The source parameter on the session list separates API-created sessions from page sessions. A list requested with source=api returns sessions created through the API and does not return page sessions, so a sample chatId missing from that list is recorded as a miss rather than as proof the conversation does not exist.
Feedback fields are optional on the record query. When loadCustomFeedbacks is supplied, custom feedback is read together with the record; the comparison is against the query without that parameter, to confirm whether custom feedback is returned. None of these settings perform authorization. Retrieval and list queries do not grant permission, and an interactive form collects values rather than executing a business action. Reconciliation, retention, and compliance obligations are downstream work.
Configuration and implementation checks
The table below is tied to the hypothetical exercise above. The values are starting points for this paper comparison and are not official defaults.
| Configuration or check item | Hypothetical starting value | Comparison method and reason |
|---|---|---|
| chatId aggregation scope | one chatId for this exercise | Compare with other entry-point sessions under the same application to confirm no merging |
| detail value | true | Set per the official contract when run details are needed; compare whether responseData is returned |
| stream value | false | Compare with a stream=true event response to confirm the value matches the observed response shape |
| source filter | api | Compare with page sessions to confirm only API-created sessions are returned |
| pageSize | 10 | Compare with total to confirm this exercise's record falls inside the returned list |
| feedback field | loadCustomFeedbacks=true | Compare with the query without the parameter to confirm whether custom feedback is returned |
Three common errors
- Aggregating sessions from different entry points by application. The input is records under one appId with two chatIds; the comparison object is the conversation list for each chatId; the observable result is whether the two sessions are aggregated separately. After merging, a specific conversation can no longer be located.
- Treating a field absent from responseData as retained. The input is one response with detail=true; the comparison object is the module fields responseData actually contains; the observable result is whether the field the review intends to cite appears in the return. A field that is not returned is a record gap.
- Writing a pending-correction material as complete qualification. The input is the source texts above and the draft sentence; the comparison object is the authorized region and the authorization period; the observable result is whether the draft sentence's regional wording matches the source text. The source text states the East China region and the draft sentence states the whole country, and the two do not agree.
How to verify the setup
- Input: source texts one through three and the draft sentence. Comparison: the draft sentence's entity, region, and period are checked item by item against the three source texts. Condition met: the region and period wording in the draft sentence can each be matched to text in the sources; when wording such as whole country or long term appears without a corresponding statement in the sources, the draft is judged unsupported.
- Input: one response with detail=true and stream=false. Comparison: whether responseData contains the module fields this exercise requires. Condition met: the required fields are visible in the return; when a field is missing, the gap is recorded and retention is not assumed.
- Input: a session list request with source=api and its return. Comparison: the chatId values in the returned list against this exercise's chatId. Condition met: the exercise chatId appears in the returned list and the list contains no page-origin sessions; when the sample does not appear, it is recorded as a miss and the conversation is not assumed to be absent.
