What the documents look like
Category access happens before listing or onboarding. The objects under review are the operating entity and its authorization chain, not storefront reviews. The working materials are the business license, trademark registration certificate, brand authorization chain, and industry license. These arrive irregularly, once per onboarding attempt, and the operating review has to answer a narrow question: which field of which material did a given tool call or plugin request read, and what state was that material in at the time.
The data sources behind those materials are the platform recruitment pages, the national enterprise credit information publicity system, trademark office data, and license systems. Collecting the authorization chain, matching the business category, and correcting licenses are usually the slowest steps. A report should be able to group records by material type and submission batch so those steps remain traceable.
This differs from storefront review maintenance because the decision point sits before listing. The core is entity qualification and the authorization chain, and the consequence of error is a rejected onboarding, an unpublishable category, or tied-up deposit funds.
Constraints at the tool calls step
The tool call node lets the model decide whether to invoke a tool, based on the tool description, the parameter descriptions, and whether each parameter is required. Parameters for system modules are already fixed; parameters for plugins are configurable. When a required parameter has no suitable value in context, the model may not call that tool. In advanced orchestration, available tools are connected to the tool call module, and the documented advice is to start with a small number of tools and tune before adding more. The tool call termination node ends the current call: no further tools run, and the AI is no longer asked to summarize the tool results.
Retrieval results indicate semantic relevance only. A hit does not mean the entity is authorized, and it does not mean the record belongs to a particular operating entity. Libraries built on different vector models cannot be associated together; the correct action is to check identifiers and exclude non-matching records.
Hypothetical paper exercise. A brand channel manager submits a correction package for onboarding. The object is a hypothetical food business entity. The three source sentences are: "The business license states the entity is A Trading Co., Ltd. (hypothetical), unified social credit code hypothetical value X1, business scope prepackaged food sales." "The trademark registration certificate states the registrant is A Trading Co., Ltd. (hypothetical), registration number hypothetical value X2, valid until hypothetical date D1." "The brand authorization chain document states the authorizer is B Brand Management Co., Ltd. (hypothetical), the authorized party is A Trading Co., Ltd. (hypothetical), authorization period from hypothetical date D2 to D3." The draft sentence under review is: "A Trading Co., Ltd. (hypothetical) has obtained complete authorization from B Brand Management Co., Ltd. (hypothetical) and may be used directly for this category access." The draft treats the existence of the authorization chain document as a conclusion that authorization is in effect. The material states only the start and end of the authorization period; it does not state signing or effective status. The draft sentence is therefore unsupported.
Configuration and implementation checks
The table below lists documented settings or implementation checks relevant to this feature and primary task, anchored to the hypothetical exercise above.
| Configuration item | Hypothetical trial starting point | Reason and comparison method |
|---|---|---|
| Tool description | State that the tool reads qualification material fields and returns source fragments | The description tells the model the tool's purpose; compare it against the fields needed to judge the draft sentence |
| Tool parameters | Plugin parameters set to material type and field name | Plugin parameters are configurable; compare against the three materials in the exercise |
| Required parameter | Set material identifier as required | With no suitable required parameter the model may not call; check whether the actual request carries it |
| Tool connection | Connect only the material reading tool and the termination node | Start with few tools; compare against the single review scope of the exercise |
| Tool call termination | Attach after the material reading tool | The termination node ends the call; check whether AI summarization still runs |
| Custom tool variable | Add parameter descriptions for nodes not treated as tool parameters | Extends tool variable input; compare against the field list in the exercise |
All values above are hypothetical trial starting points for this exercise, not official defaults. The same-vector-model requirement for retrieval libraries applies only to association within one library. It does not extend to the enterprise credit site or other external systems.
Three common errors
- Treating "has obtained complete authorization" in the draft as a fact stated by the material. The input is the draft sentence and the three source sentences. The comparison is whether the draft contains conclusions the source does not state. The observable result is that the draft asserts a signing or effective status the material does not record, so the sentence is unsupported.
- Treating a retrieval hit as an authorization or permission decision. The input is a retrieval request issued by material type. The comparison is between the entity identifier on the hit and the entity identifier in the exercise. The observable result is that a hit may belong to another entity; identifiers must be checked and non-matching records excluded.
- Treating the tool call termination node as automatically completing all business actions. The input is the termination connection after the material reading tool. The comparison is between the node's documented behavior and the business actions that require separate system implementation. The observable result is that termination ends this call only; it produces no approval and no write.
How to verify the setup
- Input the three source sentences and the draft sentence from the exercise. Compare whether the draft contains a signing or effective conclusion the source does not state. The observable result is that the sentence is unsupported and the evidence gap remains open.
- Input one retrieval request issued by material type. Compare the entity identifier on each hit against the entity identifier in the exercise. The observable result is that non-matching identifiers are excluded. An empty result can be checked against a downstream design using the explicit paper input []. No claim is made that a fabricated rule search returns [].
- Input one tool call request. Compare whether the request carries the required parameter material identifier. The observable result is that when the parameter is absent the model may not call, so the interaction must supply it and the actual request must be checked. A pending review does not show that operating permission is missing. Signing, reaching cooperation, and contract effectiveness are three separate facts.
