What the documents look like
Douyin storefront operations center on product cards and the store experience score, and they do not depend on the rhythm of a single livestream session. Operating reports and exception reviews handle four document types at the same time: product qualification pages, experience score breakdowns, shipping violation appeals, and store announcements. Data sources include the Douyin store workbench, the Douyin e-commerce learning center, Selected Alliance data, and logistics interfaces. Updates arrive daily or per order.
These materials carry different states, and those states shape workflow routing. A qualification page may sit at submitted and awaiting review. An appeal may sit at initiated and not yet closed. An announcement may sit at published and in effect. A workflow routes by material type and state, and it does not treat submission, review, and effect as one fact.
Constraints at the workflow routing step
The Form Input node belongs to the user interaction nodes. When it triggers, the conversation enters an interaction state, the workflow state is recorded, and execution continues after the user completes the interaction. The node collects the required information the user submits and passes it to later nodes. The User Selection node also belongs to the user interaction nodes. When the user makes a choice, the node evaluates that choice and executes the corresponding branch. The interaction state record is the node's own behavior. No separate global state recording switch is documented.
Collected information must be passed explicitly to later retrieval, judgment, or interface nodes, and outputs are compared item by item against inputs. Order writes, document backfill, and external status synchronization require a separate business interface or a later process. Retrieval and form submission do not constitute authorized execution.
Hypothetical paper exercise sample: the material source text reads, "Product qualification page A was submitted to the platform for review on March 10, 2025, and its current state is awaiting review; shipping violation appeal B was initiated on March 12, 2025, and its current state is submitted and not closed; store announcement C was published on March 1, 2025, marked with a validity period from March 1 to March 31, 2025." The proposed draft sentence reads, "Qualification page A has passed review, appeal B is closed, and announcement C remains in effect after March 31." This draft sentence is inconsistent with the source states and must be marked for verification at the review node. It does not enter the report confirmation branch.
Configuration and implementation checks
| Configuration item | Setting on this page | Check method |
|---|---|---|
| Form Input node | Collect material type, subject, state, and date range | After submission, compare the field values received by later nodes |
| User Selection node | Set two branches, "enter review" and "return for supplement" | Verify branch connections and selection results one by one |
| Interaction state check | Record state per the node document, with no separate switch | After triggering, confirm the conversation enters the interaction state |
| Output handoff check | Pass form information to retrieval or judgment nodes | Compare output and input fields item by item |
| External operation division | Order writes and document backfill connect to a business interface | Confirm that form submission is not treated as authorized execution |
| Hypothetical trial starting point | Review wait set to 1 business day | Chosen because the sample date span is short, compared against the daily material state update frequency |
Three common errors
- Treating an awaiting-review state as passed review. The input is qualification page A's "awaiting review" in the sample. The comparison object is the draft sentence "has passed review." The observable result is that the two state fields do not agree, and the item is marked for verification.
- Treating submitted and not closed as closed. The input is appeal B's "submitted and not closed." The comparison object is the draft sentence "is closed." The observable result is that the closure field is absent from the source, and the evidence gap is preserved.
- Treating an announcement as still in effect after its validity period ends. The input is announcement C's "validity period to March 31." The comparison object is the draft sentence "remains in effect after March 31." The observable result is that the date range exceeds the marked validity period, and the item is returned for supplement.
How to verify the setup
- Check one: the input is the state field "awaiting review" for qualification page A in the sample source text. Compare it against the draft sentence "has passed review." If the two state values are mutually exclusive on the same field, the draft sentence is judged unsupported and recorded as pending verification.
- Check two: the input is appeal B's "submitted and not closed" in the sample source text. Compare it against the draft sentence "is closed." If the closure state field is not stated in the source, the item is judged an evidence gap and is not marked as closed.
- Check three: the input is announcement C's validity period "March 1 to March 31, 2025" in the sample source text. Compare it against the draft sentence "remains in effect after March 31." If the draft sentence's date exceeds the range marked in the source, the item is judged beyond the validity period and returned for supplement.
An empty result handoff can use the paper input [] to check the downstream design. This does not claim that a fictional rule retrieval necessarily returns []. Libraries using different vector models cannot be associated together; check the identifier first and exclude those that do not match. Image retrieval requires a corresponding image input and model capability. Reranking requires a model and is enabled according to settings.
