What the documents look like
Channel receivables collection follows credit sales. The operational core is credit control and cash recovery rather than matching buyers with sellers. The working materials come from finance systems, bank receipts, dealer orders, and sales contracts. Day-to-day documents include the receivables aging table, dunning letters, credit agreements, and shipment freeze notices. These materials update weekly or monthly.
For operating reviews and exception replay, conversation logs must be aligned with business records. A conversation log identity is carried by chatId: under one app, one session maps to one chatId. dataId identifies one dialogue within a session. When reconciling a target dialogue, use chatId as the thread and do not mix sessions from different entry points into one count.
Constraints at the conversation logs step
When conversation interface run details are required, set detail=true in the request body according to the official contract. In non-stream mode, intermediate values are stored in responseData; in stream mode they are distinguished through event. Response values from different modules in responseData may differ across versions, so the latest values can be inspected first. Business data that is not returned cannot be presumed to have been fully retained. Identity fields in test mode may differ from a formal call, so inputs, history, and returned content must be checked separately. The existence of a log does not equal completed compliance audit; reconciliation, retention, and compliance requirements are handled separately by the full business solution.
Hypothetical paper exercise sample: a brand finance staff member holds a paper material reading "Credit agreement number H-01, dealer A, credit limit 500,000 yuan, payment term 60 days, agreement valid from January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025." A separate paper receivables aging record reads "Dealer A, as of March 31, 2025, overdue amount 120,000 yuan, overdue days 45." The draft sentence to be assessed is: "Dealer A has exceeded the credit limit and shipment should be frozen immediately." The subject of this draft sentence is dealer A, the object is the credit limit and shipment freeze, the status is draft, and the effective scope is not stated.
Configuration and implementation checks
| Check item | Documented setting or implementation check | Relation to this page's sample |
|---|---|---|
| Conversation identity | chatId identifies a session under one app; dataId identifies a dialogue under a session | Use chatId as the thread when reconciling the target dialogue with business records |
| Run details | Set detail=true when intermediate values are needed; non-stream results are in responseData | Check whether this dialogue returned responseData |
| Field meaning | Response values from different modules may differ across versions; the latest values can be inspected first | Reconcile the log against the fields actually returned by the interface |
| Debug and formal calls | Identity fields in test mode may differ; check inputs, history, and returned content separately | Check the sample-related inputs and returns separately |
| Business audit division | Reconciliation, retention, and compliance requirements are handled separately by the full business solution | A log's existence does not equal completed compliance audit |
| Hypothetical trial starting point | This page assumes setting detail to true as the starting point for this check, because intermediate values are needed; compared against a call that does not return intermediate values | Hypothetical for this page only, not an official default |
Three common errors
- Treating the same chatId as aligned business records. The input is the sample's chatId and the aging record; the comparison is between the dialogue content under the session and the aging table fields; the observable result is whether both point to the same dealer, the same period, and the same field. If only chatId matches while business fields are not checked, the alignment is unsupported.
- Treating a retrieval result as authorized execution. The input is the sample's draft sentence; the comparison is between the draft sentence and the credit agreement text; the observable result is whether the draft sentence's claim of "exceeded the credit limit" is supported by the agreement text. The agreement states a credit limit of 500,000 yuan and a payment term of 60 days, while the aging table states an overdue amount of 120,000 yuan. These are different fields, and no conclusion of exceeding the limit can be drawn from them.
- Treating a pending review status as approved. The input is the sample's draft sentence and the agreement validity period; the comparison is between the draft sentence's "shipment should be frozen immediately" and the agreement or a freeze notice; the observable result is whether a signed shipment freeze notice exists. The sample provides no shipment freeze notice, so this status remains to be verified.
How to verify the setup
- Input the sample's chatId and the paper aging record; compare whether the dialogue content under the session and the aging table fields refer to the same subject, the same period, and the same field. The check condition is satisfied when the fields agree; when fields are missing or the periods differ, record the result as unsupported.
- Input the sample's draft sentence and the credit agreement text; compare the draft sentence's "exceeded the credit limit" against the credit limit and payment term stated in the agreement. The check condition is satisfied when the agreement text clearly states the limit and term and the draft sentence can be matched item by item; when the agreement does not state them or the draft sentence introduces content not stated, record the result as pending verification.
- Input the sample's draft sentence and a shipment freeze notice; compare the draft sentence's "shipment should be frozen immediately" against whether a signed freeze notice exists. The check condition is satisfied when a signed notice exists and the authorization boundary is clear; when the sample provides no notice, record an evidence gap and do not judge the action as executed.
