What the documents look like
Franchise filing management handles legal disclosure and the commerce department system. It does not handle specific storefront engineering. The main data sources are the commercial franchise information management system, enterprise licenses, store lists, and contract ledgers. Daily documents include franchise contracts, operations manuals, filing materials, and information disclosure documents. The parties involved are the franchisor headquarters, franchise legal staff, and commerce liaison personnel. Errors can lead to an order to file, franchise contract disputes, and administrative penalties.
For operating reports and exception reviews, conversation logs and audit records must be tied to specific material checks. The version of filing materials and disclosure documents, the update time of the store list, and the signing status in the contract ledger all affect review conclusions. Conversation logs record system interactions. They do not directly equal a submitted filing or an effective contract.
Constraints at the conversation logs step
Conversation logs and audit work around franchise contracts, operations manuals, filing materials, and information disclosure documents. The system provides a way to retrieve run details from the conversation interface. When detail=true is set, the non-stream response stores module status and complete results in responseData, and the stream response distinguishes them through event. With detail=true, responseData can contain fields such as moduleName, moduleType, runningTime, tokens, quoteList, and completeMessages. Conversation CRUD provides interfaces for the session list, conversation list, single conversation run details, and feedback updates, using identifiers such as appId, chatId, dataId, and contentId.
These capabilities are used to check the target conversation against business records. Sessions from different entry points are not mixed into one count. The existence of a log does not mean a compliance audit is complete. Reconciliation, retention, and compliance requirements are handled by a complete business solution separately. Retrieval or a form collecting values does not constitute authorized execution. The interactive returned by an interactive node is a display configuration. After a form collects values, continuing the workflow still requires another conversation request through the interface.
Hypothetical drill sample
Material text one: "Franchisor A signed a Franchise Contract with franchisee B on March 1, 2024, contract number HZ-2024-031, covering a certain district of a certain city, valid for three years."
Material text two: "On April 10, 2024, A submitted filing materials to the commerce department. The material list includes a contract copy, operations manual, and information disclosure document. The acceptance status is pending review."
Proposed determination sentence: "A has completed filing, the contract is effective, and B may open a store in that district."
Determination: Material text two shows the acceptance status is pending review, and pending review does not constitute completed filing. Material text one shows the contract was signed, and signing does not constitute an effective contract. Store opening authorization is not stated in the materials. All three facts in the proposed determination sentence are unsupported.
Configuration and implementation checks
| Configuration item | Hypothetical starting point for this drill | Reason and comparison method |
|---|---|---|
| detail | true | Set according to the official contract when run details are needed, compared with the response structure when detail=false |
| stream | false | Makes responseData directly readable, compared with the event distinction method when stream=true |
| chatId | Hypothetical drill sample session identifier | Checks the target conversation, compared with chatId values from different entry points |
| dataId | Hypothetical drill sample conversation identifier | Locates a single conversation run detail, compared with other dataId values in the same session |
| loadCustomFeedbacks | true | Reads custom feedback, compared with the return when this parameter is not passed |
| source | api | Retrieves sessions created through the API, compared with page session sources |
These values are hypothetical starting points for this drill, not official defaults. The appId priority order per the documentation is body.appId, apiKey-appId, then the appId associated with the apikey.
Three common errors
- Treating pending review as completed filing. The input is the acceptance status "pending review" in material text two. The comparison object is the meaning of "completed." The observable result is that the status field values differ, and the determination is unsupported.
- Treating contract signing as an effective contract. The input is the signing fact in material text one. The comparison object is the effectiveness condition. The observable result is that the materials do not state an effectiveness clause, and the determination remains to be verified.
- Treating a form-collected value as authorized execution. The input is the field values collected by the interactive node inputForm. The comparison object is the authorization boundary. The observable result is that the form only collects values, and the determination does not constitute authorization.
How to verify the setup
- Input the proposed determination sentence from the hypothetical drill sample. Compare the records in material text one and material text two. Observe whether all three facts in the proposed determination sentence have material support. When all three are unsupported, the determination sentence does not hold.
- Input chatId and dataId, and call the single conversation run detail interface. Compare the returned responseData fields with the material records. Observe whether moduleType, runningTime, and similar fields correspond to the target conversation. When fields are missing, record the gap.
- Input loadCustomFeedbacks=true. Compare the returned customFeedbacks with business records. Observe whether the feedback content points to the same dataId. When no correspondence can be made, keep the status as unverified.
