Fresh-food weighing and sorting: conversation logs for operating reviews

Review conversation logs for operating reviews in Fresh-food weighing and sorting. Check input mappings, source evidence and failure handling before use.

What the documents look like

Fresh-food weighing and sorting happens inside warehouse fulfilment, where the operating core is weight and specification rather than pre-sale order aggregation. The main data sources are WMS, electronic scales, the order system, and quality-inspection photos. Daily documents include picking task sheets, weighing labels, short-weight compensation forms, and quality-inspection records. Updates occur per order and per day.

For conversation logs and audit work, these characteristics mean that session identifiers have to be tied to business documents. chatId identifies one conversation, and dataId identifies one exchange inside that conversation. The two together are what allow a reviewer to locate a specific picking task or compensation request. Log retention by itself does not perform business reconciliation. Whether a weight difference is compensated, and whether a quality-inspection photo is valid, require a complete business process that sits outside this feature.

Constraints at the conversation logs step

The chat interface does not return the actual consumed Token value. Setting detail=true is required, and the tokens value inside responseData is then calculated manually. Passed-in fields such as model and temperature have no effect, because the orchestration determines them. When chatId is empty, the context feature is not used and context is built entirely from the passed messages. When chatId is a non-empty string, the conversation is taken from the FastGPT database automatically and the last item in the messages array is used as the user question; the remaining messages are ignored. responseChatItemId, when passed, must be unique under the current chatId.

Hypothetical drill sample: at a front warehouse on 12 March 2025, a sorter on the day shift handled one order. The picking task sheet reads "Order A-0312-07, item: spinach 500g±20g, sorter: Li, status: picked, awaiting review." The weighing label reads "actual weight 468g, label printed 2025-03-12 09:14." The short-weight compensation form reads "Order A-0312-07, compensation requested for a 32g shortfall, status is awaiting quality-supervisor review." The proposed sentence is "This order has completed compensation and has been synchronized to the order system." Judging that sentence requires checking whether the compensation form status field reads reviewed or executed, and whether an order-system synchronization record exists. A pending-review status does not show that compensation was completed.

Configuration and implementation checks

Configuration or check itemDocumented basis or implementation methodRelation to this page's sample
detail parameterWhen set to true, responseData is returned; in non-stream mode the result is stored thereChecking intermediate values for the picking task conversation
chatIdA non-empty string causes the conversation to be taken from the database; length under 250Associating the conversation that corresponds to A-0312-07
dataIdThe ID of one exchange under a conversation, used to retrieve a single conversation's run detailLocating the conversation tied to the compensation form
responseChatItemIdWhen passed, stored in the database as the response message ID and must be unique under the current chatIdMarking the response for this compensation request
loadCustomFeedbacksOptional when retrieving the conversation list; reads custom feedbackChecking the sorter's feedback on the compensation result
Hypothetical trial starting point: pageSize set to 10Chosen here at 10 because the sample covers a single order's conversation on one day; compared against the total value to confirm coverageChecking whether the conversation list is complete

Three common errors

  1. Treating a pending-review status as completed. In the sample the compensation form status is "awaiting quality-supervisor review." If the proposed sentence says compensation is completed, the input is the compensation form text, the comparison is the status field, and the observable result is that "pending review" and "completed" do not match, so the sentence is unsupported.
  2. Treating retrieval or form collection as authorized execution. In the sample the picking task sheet status is "picked, awaiting review." If that status is taken to mean the quality supervisor has approved compensation, the input is the task sheet status field, the comparison is the authorization boundary, and the observable result is that review is not finished, so compensation execution lacks a basis.
  3. Mixing conversations from different chatId values. In the sample A-0312-07 corresponds to one chatId. If another order's conversation records are counted into this order's audit, the input is the conversation lists of two chatId values, the comparison is the dataId ownership, and the observable result is that the order numbers do not match, so the records cannot be combined.

How to verify the setup

  1. Input the sample's picking task sheet text and the proposed sentence "This order has completed compensation and has been synchronized to the order system." Compare the compensation form status field "awaiting quality-supervisor review" against "completed." The observable result is that the statuses do not match, so the sentence is unsupported and the evidence gap must be recorded.
  2. Input the sample's weighing label text "actual weight 468g" and the picking task sheet specification "500g±20g." Compare whether the 32g difference falls outside the permitted range. The observable result is that it is below the lower bound, so the short-weight compensation form's stated reason holds, while whether compensation was executed still requires confirmation of the review status.
  3. Input the conversation list request parameters appId, chatId, offset=0, and pageSize=10. Compare the returned total value against the list length. The observable result is that when total is greater than the list length, the current page does not cover all conversations, so the offset must be adjusted and checking continued; completeness of the log cannot be asserted.
