What the documents look like
Livestream product selection and sample quality inspection happen before a broadcast begins. The decision under review is whether a product can be sold and whether it can be shown on camera. The working materials are supplier records, testing-agency reports, platform negative catalogs, and historical return rates. The documents handled day to day are sample evaluation forms, quality inspection reports, supplier qualifications, and prohibited-sale lists. For operating reports and anomaly reviews, the database and operations layer must retain original fields, update traces, and reconciliation records. The supplied brief gives an update frequency of weekly and per item; this page does not infer batch synchronization, real-time push, or transaction-triggered mechanisms from that frequency.
Constraints at the database operations step
Operating reports and anomaly reviews depend on traceable original records. Database connections, cache, object storage, and vector stores are checked separately according to the actual deployment plan. Retrieval results do not constitute authorization. A form collecting a value does not mean business verification is complete. Approval, database writes, and external synchronization each require their own downstream implementation. The following is a hypothetical paper exercise used to explain the reconciliation method. It does not point to any real entity.
Hypothetical paper exercise: The sample evaluation form reads: "Sample number YP-2024-0317, supplier is a food factory, submission date 17 March 2024, test item total colony count, test conclusion pass, report number JC-2024-0317, valid until 16 September 2024." The supplier qualification reads: "The supplier's business license is within its validity period, food production license number SP-2024-0088, permitted scope includes pastry products." The prohibited-sale list reads: "Pastry products are not in this platform's prohibited-sale catalog." The draft sentence to be judged is: "This sample has completed quality inspection and is approved for livestream listing." The judgment must compare whether the claim "has completed quality inspection" corresponds to the same subject, same period, and same field as the test conclusion under report number JC-2024-0317, and whether "approved for listing" has a separate approval record or authorization document. No listing approval record appears in the sample. That part remains unsupported and cannot be judged as approved.
Configuration and implementation checks
The table below lists settings or implementation checks already described in the official documentation, tied to this page's sample and primary task. The values are starting points for this hypothetical exercise only, with the reason for choosing them and the comparison target. They are not official defaults.
| Configuration item | Hypothetical starting point for this exercise | Reason and comparison method |
|---|---|---|
MONGODB_URI | Fill in per actual deployment | Stores original fields of sample evaluation forms and inspection reports; check that the connection points to the database matching the deployment plan |
REDIS_URL | Fill in per actual deployment | Caches intermediate reconciliation results; compare whether cache keys correspond to original records |
DB_MAX_LINK | Hypothetical starting point 10 | Documentation states automatic limitation to 10–1000; compare against connection counts observed under own load |
SYNC_INDEX | Hypothetical starting point true | Documentation states missing indexes are created at startup; after changes, re-check the same business sample |
FILE_TOKEN_KEY | Fill in per actual deployment | File-read authorization key, length at least 6 characters; check consistency with file access records |
AES256_SECRET_KEY | Fill in per actual deployment | AES encryption key, length at least 6 characters; check that encryption and decryption samples can be restored |
Three common errors
- Treating the draft sentence "This sample has completed quality inspection and is approved for livestream listing" as an effective conclusion. Input is the three original texts above and the draft sentence. Compare the draft sentence against the test conclusion, subject, period, and field under report number JC-2024-0317. Observe whether an independent listing approval record exists. When the approval record is absent, record the evidence gap and do not judge the listing as approved.
- Treating a retrieval hit as a permission pass. Input is a query request for sample number YP-2024-0317. Compare the returned records against access-control records. Observe whether an authorization field or approval status exists. Retrieval does not carry authorization responsibility. When authorization status is not stated, keep it unknown.
- Extending the supplier qualification phrase "within its validity period" into a supply term or a completed cooperation. Input is the qualification text and the draft sentence. Compare the qualification validity field against supply-term and cooperation-status fields. Observe whether a corresponding statement exists. Qualification validity does not indicate a supply term. Reaching cooperation and contract effectiveness are different facts.
How to verify the setup
- Input the three original texts and the draft sentence from the hypothetical sample. Compare whether the claim "has completed quality inspection" and the test conclusion under report number JC-2024-0317 share the same subject, same period, and same field. Observe whether the two correspond. When they correspond, record it as field correspondence. When they differ, record the difference. When no approval record is seen, record it as unsupported.
- Input a retrieval request for sample number YP-2024-0317. Compare the returned records against access-control records. Observe whether an authorization field exists. The presence of returned records does not mean access is authorized. When the authorization field is missing, keep it unknown.
- Input the supplier qualification text. Compare "within its validity period" against supply-term and cooperation-status fields. Observe whether a corresponding statement exists. When no corresponding statement exists, record the evidence gap and do not supply authorization or effectiveness clauses.
These reconciliations are paper exercises. No test, deployment, approval, or listing action was actually performed.
