What the documents look like
For multilingual work in TikTok Shop US operations, this page examines FastGPT vector indexes. Livestream-material indexes must distinguish capture records, demonstration purpose and permission for advertising reuse. The examples are hypothetical.
Constraints at the vector indexes step
Proposed TikTok Shop material records a store demonstration filmed for this explanation only. Its English note says demo footage was captured in store, with reuse approval pending. A question about advertising use needs permission evidence beyond filming location and demonstration purpose. Index wording can support questions about the demo or pending advertising reuse while mapping to originals containing the restriction. Captured records completed filming; it cannot be compressed into approved advertising use, because those completed states would concern different actions and require different supporting material.
Configuration and implementation checks
| Material check | Conditions in this test | Implementation evidence |
|---|---|---|
| Verb meaning | Captured | Inspect added approval. |
| Use boundary | This explanation | Retain complete restriction. |
| Material identity | Specific clip | Do not borrow another permission. |
| Index mapping | Registration original | Trace permission wording. |
| Reuse evidence gap | Currently pending | Do not infer refusal. |
Documented conditions
| Documented item / implementation check | Condition |
|---|---|
Embedding model | Knowledge bases associated with one search node must use the same embedding model. |
Original data and indexes | One original data block can have multiple indexes. |
Index content | Index wording should be complete and focused. |
Image indexes | Where image retrieval is used, inspect descriptions or image vectors. |
Version and result check | After a change, reuse questions to compare originals. |
Three common errors
First, an index may change captured into approved; compare the capture verb with the permission condition to identify the added approval conclusion. Second, the current-explanation limit may disappear; inspect the complete registration page mapped by the index for any broadened purpose. Third, similar bilingual titles may import another clip’s permission; inspect clip identity and actual original data, tracing permission text separately for each item. These concern action stage, use scope and material identity. A shared store or language cannot establish that two clips carry the same permission.
How to verify the setup
Test questions about what was captured, its present purpose and evidence for advertising reuse, retaining index-to-source mappings. Two indexes returning one registration remain one source. Semantic proximity guarantees neither complete recall nor permission to publish; check the same-model condition separately when multiple bases share one retrieval node. This exercise publishes nothing and decides no actual permission validity. Missing reuse evidence stays pending. Failure to retrieve it does not establish that a rights holder refused reuse or that approval has never been given for the footage elsewhere.
