What the documents look like
For multilingual work in Warehouse picking and packing, this page examines FastGPT vector indexes. Warehouse indexes need bin, batch and specification identity rather than treating short codes as product identity. The examples are hypothetical.
Constraints at the vector indexes step
A proposed warehouse picking note defines green-edge as a short name for a bin sign, with item specifications on an attachment for the current batch. The English memo says green-edge is a bin label, not a product grade. A grade question has no attribute evidence in that location name, and the current attachment is absent. Indexes for green-edge location can map to the note without creating a premium-grade product. The bilingual object is a sign; similarly coloured goods or an earlier batch’s specification are different evidence.
Configuration and implementation checks
| Material check | Conditions in this test | Implementation evidence |
|---|---|---|
| Shorthand subject | Bin sign | Do not change to product grade. |
| Batch scope | Current attachment | Inspect earlier-batch links. |
| Negation scope | Not a product grade | Retain excluded meaning. |
| Original data | Picking note | Trace each index. |
| Physical result | No site verification | Do not infer that picking was completed correctly. |
Documented conditions
| Documented item / implementation check | Condition |
|---|---|
Embedding model | Knowledge bases associated with one search node must use the same embedding model. |
Original data and indexes | One original data block can have multiple indexes. |
Index content | Index wording should be complete and focused. |
Image indexes | Where image retrieval is used, inspect descriptions or image vectors. |
Version and result check | After a change, reuse questions to compare originals. |
Three common errors
First, an index may change bin label into product grade; inspect the short-name definition and original subject for a sign-to-goods substitution. Second, an attachment link may return an earlier batch; inspect batch identity and specification mapping instead of joining grade through a shared bin name. Third, omission of not may create an affirmative attribute; compare the full negative clause and adopted wording for the excluded grade meaning. These concern shorthand identity, batch and negation. Similar labels cannot establish the physical specification of the current goods being discussed in the query.
How to verify the setup
Ask what place the shorthand denotes, where current-batch specifications are and which meaning is excluded, retaining actual indexes and originals. Multiple indexes for one note create no missing specification page; check model consistency separately for bases in one retrieval node. This exercise operates no warehouse equipment and confirms no real goods grade. Missing specifications remain unverified. Failure to retrieve the current page does not establish that the product has no specification, and a relevant retrieval result cannot show that an actual picking task was completed correctly for this batch.
