What the documents look like
Convenience-store fresh food is ordered by the store at high frequency against short shelf life. The working materials named in the brief are the fresh-food order form, the spoilage write-off form, the near-expiry handling sheet, and temperature records. These draw on POS sales, the headquarters ordering system, store inventory, and cold-chain temperature logs. The brief gives daily and per-shift update frequency; this page does not derive batch synchronization or real-time triggering from that frequency.
In cross-border and multilingual retrieval, the same set of materials can enter the retrieval scope in more than one language version. Each version has to be checked item by item against subject, object, status, and validity range. Workflow routing receives these materials: interaction nodes collect and select, retrieval and judgment nodes carry output forward, and business writes and external synchronization connect through separate implementation.
The roles named in the brief are the store manager, the fresh-food buyer, and the regional supervisor. The consequences of error named in the brief are sales of expired goods, stockout loss, and food-safety complaints. Those consequences explain why status fields on the order form, write-off form, and near-expiry sheet need to be read as recorded, not inferred.
Constraints at the workflow routing step
The Form Input node is a user-interaction node. When it triggers, the conversation enters an interaction state, the workflow state is recorded, and after the user completes the interaction the workflow continues. The user fills the required information and submits; the node collects the submitted form information and passes it to later nodes. The User Selection node is also a user-interaction node. When it triggers, the conversation enters an interaction state and the workflow state is recorded. When the user makes a selection, the node judges that selection and executes the corresponding "yes" branch.
Retrieval results do not constitute authorization, and a relevance score does not act as an entity or permission filter. A similarity setting does not exclude unrelated businesses or unauthorized records. Empty-reference output can be checked against a clearly stated paper input when designing the downstream branch. Libraries built on different vector models cannot be associated together; check the identifier first and exclude entries that do not match. Order writes, document backfill, and external status synchronization require a separate business interface or a later process.
Hypothetical paper exercise sample: a regional supervisor submits a handover packet. The source text reads: "Fresh-food order form, Store A, 2025-03-11 shift, fresh-food sandwiches ordered quantity 120 units, temperature log shows the refrigerated case at 2 to 5 degrees Celsius that day, spoilage write-off form not yet submitted, near-expiry handling sheet marked with a 2025-03-12 expiry." The proposed copy sentence reads: "This order form has completed spoilage write-off registration and has been synchronized to the headquarters system." In checking, compare the proposed sentence against the source text. The source text states only that the write-off form is not yet submitted. The proposed sentence asserts completed write-off registration and synchronization, which the source text does not support. The synchronization action has no corresponding record in the source text and remains pending verification.
Configuration and implementation checks
| Configuration item | Setting or check relevant to this page | Relation to the sample |
|---|---|---|
| Form Input node | On trigger, enters interaction state, collects required information, passes it to later nodes after submission | Used to collect order-form subject, store, date, and quantity |
| User Selection node | After the user makes a selection, executes the corresponding "yes" branch | Used to confirm whether the write-off form has been submitted |
| Interaction-state check | Recording state is behavior of the interaction nodes; no separate global state-recording switch is documented | Check the record after the sample enters the interaction state |
| Output handoff check | Pass collected information explicitly to later retrieval, judgment, or interface nodes | Compare form output against retrieval input |
| External action division | Order writes, document backfill, and external status synchronization connect through a separate business interface or later process | The synchronization asserted in the proposed sentence must come from downstream implementation |
| Retrieval-scope check | Check the identifier and exclude non-matching entries; do not run cross-model retrieval to compare missed recall | Multilingual versions are grouped under the same identifier |
Hypothetical starting value for this exercise: set the retrieval scope identifier for the sample order form to Store A and the 2025-03-11 shift. The reason is that this range matches the subject and date in the source text. The comparison object is the multilingual version entries under the same identifier.
Three common errors
- Treating the proposed sentence "has completed spoilage write-off registration and has been synchronized to the headquarters system" as an occurred fact. The source text states only that the write-off form is not yet submitted. Registration and synchronization are not recorded and remain unsupported.
- Treating retrieval similarity as a permission or entity filter, and substituting retrieval results for an authorization judgment. Whether a given account may view Store A's order form in the sample requires a separate authorization check; retrieval does not make that judgment.
- Extending the interaction node's state recording into a global state switch or a guarantee of automatic submission. The documents state only that the node enters an interaction state and records workflow state on trigger; submission count and automatic judgment are not documented.
How to verify the setup
- Input the sample source text and the proposed sentence. Compare the proposed claim of completed write-off registration and synchronization against the source statement that the write-off form is not yet submitted. The check passes if the proposed sentence is marked unsupported and the synchronization action is marked pending verification. It fails if the proposed sentence is written as confirmed.
- Input the subject, store, date, quantity, and temperature record from the sample order form. Compare the Form Input node output against the later retrieval input. The check passes if the output fields correspond item by item to the source text with no added fields. It fails if a write-off status not stated in the source text appears.
- Input the paper empty reference
[]. Compare whether the downstream handoff design follows the empty-reference branch. The check passes if the downstream shows no record and remains pending verification. It fails if the downstream automatically fills in a synchronized status. These are paper checks; no live test is claimed.
