What the documents look like
Franchise fee and security deposit settlement centers on funds and breach deductions. It does not handle government filing. The records come from financial systems, franchise contracts, bank statements and store violation records. Everyday documents include franchise fee invoices, security deposit ledgers, deduction notices and contract payment schedules. Updates occur monthly and with each deduction.
In cross-border material and multilingual retrieval, one settlement can involve Chinese contract clauses, foreign-language invoices and multilingual deduction notices at the same time. The retrieval scope and the form collection scope need to be defined by the actual languages and storage locations of the records. Workflow routing organizes settlement records scattered across several sources into checkable inputs by subject, period and field, then passes them to later nodes.
Constraints at the workflow routing step
The form input node enters an interaction state when triggered, records the workflow state, collects required information, and passes that information to later nodes after submission. The user selection node enters an interaction state when triggered, records the workflow state, and after the user makes a choice, evaluates that choice and executes the corresponding branch. Both wait for the user to complete the interaction before the workflow continues downward.
Retrieval results do not constitute authorization. A similarity score does not act as a subject filter or a permission filter. Libraries built on different vector models cannot be associated together; the model identifier must be checked first and non-matching libraries excluded. Order writes, document backfill and external status synchronization require a separate business interface or a later process; the routing layer does not perform these actions automatically.
Hypothetical paper exercise sample: the source material reads "Party A: Xinghai Catering Management Co., Ltd.; Party B: Chenguang Franchisee; March 2025 security deposit ledger balance RMB 80,000; the March 2025 deduction notice states that Party B was deducted RMB 5,000 for violating display standards, and the deduction reason field reads 'display standard violation'." The draft sentence to be assessed is "Party B's March 2025 security deposit balance has been reduced by the display standard violation deduction, leaving a balance of RMB 75,000." This draft sentence involves the correspondence among subject, period and field, and each item must be checked before support can be judged.
Configuration and implementation checks
| Configuration item | Hypothetical starting point for this exercise | How to check |
|---|---|---|
| Retrieval library scope | Chinese contracts and ledgers only | Compare library identifier and language tag against the target material list |
| Vector model identifier | Single model | Compare model identifiers across libraries; exclude any that differ from joint association |
| Required form fields | Subject, period, amount, reason | Compare item by item against the fields the sample draft sentence requires |
| User selection branch | Yes / No branches | Verify each branch connection and whether later nodes receive it |
| Empty result handling | Paper input [] | Check how the downstream design displays and records empty input |
| External write | Not connected | Record as pending a separate business interface; do not treat as completed |
The hypothetical starting point illustrates the checking method only and is not an official default value. The single-language retrieval scope was chosen to verify the same-model association condition first. A consistent vector model identifier is a precondition for joint association; when identifiers differ, only the actual observation is recorded.
Three common errors
- Treating a retrieval result or a form submission as authorized execution. Forms collect values; business verification, approval, database writes and external synchronization require downstream implementation. Check: input the sample draft sentence, compare the form-collected fields with the fields the draft sentence requires, and observe whether a write action appears without approval.
- Treating a similarity score as a subject or permission filter. A score does not exclude unrelated businesses or unauthorized records. Check: input the sample subjects "Xinghai Catering Management Co., Ltd." and "Chenguang Franchisee", compare the subject identifiers in returned records, and observe whether records of other subjects are mixed in.
- Associating libraries built on different vector models. Check model identifiers first and exclude those that do not match; do not run cross-model retrieval to compare missed recalls. Check: input two libraries with different model identifiers, compare whether the identifiers match, and observe whether they are excluded from joint association.
How to verify the setup
- Verification one: input the sample source material and the draft sentence, and compare whether subject, period and field are the same subject, the same period and the same field. The draft amount of RMB 75,000 must correspond to the ledger balance of RMB 80,000 and the deduction of RMB 5,000 within the same period. When these conditions hold, the draft sentence is supported; when the period differs or a field is missing, record it as pending verification.
- Verification two: input the paper empty result [], and compare how the downstream node displays and records empty input. Observe whether the empty result is explicitly handled; do not claim that a fictional rule retrieval necessarily returns [].
- Verification three: input the "Yes" branch of the user selection node, and compare the branch connection with whether later nodes receive it. Observe whether the corresponding branch executes after the choice and whether the information passes to later nodes; an unconnected external write is recorded as pending a separate business interface.
