What the documents look like
For multilingual work in Certificates of origin, this page examines FastGPT vector indexes. Origin-material indexes must keep dispatch location separate from an origin declaration. The examples are hypothetical.
Constraints at the vector indexes step
Proposed origin-material preparation includes a transport memo saying goods leave a port warehouse. Its English note limits this to dispatch location and says an origin declaration is absent from this set. An origin question needs more than a shipping starting point; warehouse identity proves neither manufacturing place nor origin. Indexes for dispatch warehouse can map to the memo without renaming it an origin declaration. No real place, certificate or price parameter is supplied. The task distinguishes a logistics relationship from product origin when words such as from are compressed across languages.
Configuration and implementation checks
| Material check | Conditions in this test | Implementation evidence |
|---|---|---|
| Geographic relation | Dispatch location | Do not replace with origin. |
| Missing scope | Absent from this set | Do not invent missing product attribute. |
| Goods and batch | Current goods and batch | Check shared warehouse names. |
| Independent declaration | Body not supplied | Index is no declaration. |
| Answer adoption | Separate dispatch and origin | Trace statements to original. |
Documented conditions
| Documented item / implementation check | Condition |
|---|---|
Embedding model | Knowledge bases associated with one search node must use the same embedding model. |
Original data and indexes | One original data block can have multiple indexes. |
Index content | Index wording should be complete and focused. |
Image indexes | Where image retrieval is used, inspect descriptions or image vectors. |
Version and result check | After a change, reuse questions to compare originals. |
Three common errors
First, an index may change dispatch location into country of origin; inspect document type and geographic relationship and seek a declaration body in the original. Second, declaration absent from this set may become goods without origin; preserve the content-gap scope instead of inventing a product attribute. Third, another batch’s origin material may map through a shared warehouse; inspect batch and goods identity rather than combine provenance through dispatch point. These concern relationship, missing-evidence scope and batch. Logistics wording alone supports no actual eligibility or origin determination for the goods.
How to verify the setup
Ask dispatch point and origin evidence separately, retaining returned indexes, originals and adopted answer statements to show what the memo supports. Several indexes for one original add no declarations. Check embedding-model conditions locally for multiple bases within one retrieval node. This exercise determines no actual origin, obtains no certificate and gives no trade compliance advice. Failure to retrieve a declaration does not establish that the business has none. Later independent material needs matching goods, batch and version before use; a shared transport path cannot substitute for identity evidence.
