What the documents look like
For multilingual work in Channel diversion reviews, this page examines FastGPT vector indexes. Distinguish a distribution lead, dispatch location and investigation outcome with their respective sources. The examples are hypothetical.
Constraints at the vector indexes step
A hypothetical distribution lead notes a label from another area on the outer carton while leaving the actual destination to be verified. Its English counterpart retains that pending state. A dispatch sheet identifies only the shipping warehouse, without a destination receipt or finding for this batch. An entry saying diversion confirmed would promote a lead to an established conclusion. The shipping warehouse also cannot establish the actual sales territory. Inspect the label’s location, transport origin and eventual destination as separate roles. No actual distributor violation or investigation rule is asserted in this exercise.
Configuration and implementation checks
| Distribution translation check | Hypothetical material | Evidence action |
|---|---|---|
| Lead status | Other-area label; destination unverified | Do not shorten to confirmed diversion. |
| Location role | Label, warehouse and receiving party | Trace each location to its stated purpose. |
| Batch identity | Current versus another route record | Inspect product and label subjects. |
| Finding evidence | No finding for this batch | Retain the lead without adding a violation. |
| Added record | Destination material and finding | Update route and conclusion according to document type. |
Documented conditions
| Documented item / implementation check | Condition |
|---|---|
Embedding model | Knowledge bases associated with one search node must use the same embedding model. |
Original data and indexes | One original data block can have multiple indexes. |
Index content | Index wording should be complete and focused. |
Image indexes | Where image retrieval is used, inspect descriptions or image vectors. |
Version and result check | After a change, reuse questions to compare originals. |
Three common errors
- If a label becomes confirmed diversion in an entry, compare the lead wording with an actual finding to locate the change from pending to established.
- If an English answer uses the shipping warehouse as sales territory, inspect each location’s role in its original. Dispatch origin cannot establish destination.
- If another batch’s route record answers for this batch, inspect batch, product and label identities. A shared regional name does not merge evidence.
How to verify the setup
Ask in both languages what the lead is, which locations have records and whether this batch’s destination was verified. Inspect each actual citation. When a destination record or finding arrives, check batch identity and document type before updating route and conclusion separately. A delivery record alone may not establish breach of a distribution agreement. Entries should preserve whether an original is a lead or a finding. Check matching embedding models within the associating search node. This exercise determines no violation, imposes no penalty and substitutes no language search for an actual investigation.
