What the documents look like
For multilingual work in Fresh-food supplier claims, this page examines FastGPT vector indexes. Separate supplier receipt, review and acceptance of a claim for the identified batch. The examples are hypothetical.
Constraints at the vector indexes step
A hypothetical receipt note flags a possible shortage in this batch while measurement records await review. The supplier’s email says only that documents were received. Its English counterpart likewise records receipt of documents, without accepting liability or arranging compensation. An entry changing documents received into claim accepted would turn arrival into acceptance of a claim. A reply also cannot settle the suspected measurement discrepancy. A summary for another batch describes a closed matter; inspect its subject before using it here. A shared supplier name does not identify the same case. No real claim amount or liability determination is supplied.
Configuration and implementation checks
| Claim translation check | Proposed original | Evidence needed |
|---|---|---|
| Receipt action | Supplier acknowledges documents only | Do not change to claim acceptance. |
| Discrepancy | Possible shortage; measurement under review | Inspect original measurements and review evidence. |
| Supplier position | No acceptance or arrangement supplied | Read the scope of any commitment. |
| Batch/matter | Closed summary for another batch | Do not transfer its outcome. |
| Additional records | Review, opinion and execution | Update stages separately for the same subject. |
Documented conditions
| Documented item / implementation check | Condition |
|---|---|
Embedding model | Knowledge bases associated with one search node must use the same embedding model. |
Original data and indexes | One original data block can have multiple indexes. |
Index content | Index wording should be complete and focused. |
Image indexes | Where image retrieval is used, inspect descriptions or image vectors. |
Version and result check | After a change, reuse questions to compare originals. |
Three common errors
- If document receipt becomes acceptance of a claim in an English index, inspect the reply wording and acceptance scope to locate evidence for the added commitment.
- If a suspected shortage becomes a verified discrepancy, inspect original measurement records, review stage and product identity. Describing a problem does not verify it.
- If another batch’s closed-matter summary becomes completion here, inspect batch, matter and actual receipts. A supplier name cannot merge outcomes.
How to verify the setup
Ask in both languages what arrived, what remains under review and whether acceptance or handling arrangements have evidence. Follow the actual originals. When measurement reviews, supplier opinions or execution records arrive, check this batch’s product and matter before updating fact, position and execution stages separately. Multiple entries for one original should preserve receipt and pending-review limits. Inspect actual embedding consistency within the associating search node. This exercise sends no claim, determines no liability and creates no compensation outcome from reply wording.
