What the documents look like
For multilingual work in Store cold-chain receiving, this page examines FastGPT vector indexes. Separate arrival scans, cold-chain records and acceptance findings while preserving missing checks. The examples are hypothetical.
Constraints at the vector indexes step
A hypothetical cold-chain arrival note records an arrival scan while temperature documentation remains to be supplied and a packaging anomaly still needs checking. The English counterpart preserves the scan and both unresolved items. A previous acceptance sheet covers an older batch. An entry changing arrival recorded into goods accepted would expand an event log into an acceptance finding. Reusing an earlier temperature sheet would also mix batches and event periods. Retain the physical subject, record type and outstanding checks in the original. Complete index wording cannot replace measurements. No temperature values or actual food-acceptance result is provided.
Configuration and implementation checks
| Arrival translation check | Paper record | Inspection action |
|---|---|---|
| Event type | Arrival scan recorded | Add no physical acceptance finding. |
| Temperature gap | Current-batch record absent | Borrow neither an older sheet nor entry time. |
| Packaging | Anomaly still to be checked | Retain it in both citations and answers. |
| Batch identity | Older sheet versus current goods | Inspect subject and event period. |
| Additional evidence | Actual measurements and checks | Update the gap each record addresses. |
Documented conditions
| Documented item / implementation check | Condition |
|---|---|
Embedding model | Knowledge bases associated with one search node must use the same embedding model. |
Original data and indexes | One original data block can have multiple indexes. |
Index content | Index wording should be complete and focused. |
Image indexes | Where image retrieval is used, inspect descriptions or image vectors. |
Version and result check | After a change, reuse questions to compare originals. |
Three common errors
- If an arrival scan becomes accepted goods in an entry, compare the event wording with actual acceptance evidence to identify what the scan does not establish.
- If an older temperature or acceptance sheet answers for this batch, inspect product batch, event period and record identity. A product name alone does not transfer the finding.
- If the outstanding packaging check disappears, compare both originals, candidates and the final citation to locate the omitted issue.
How to verify the setup
Ask in both languages what the arrival record establishes, whether temperature material covers this batch and whether packaging was checked. Inspect each actual target. When records arrive, verify batch identity and the measurement or inspection period covered by the record before updating the respective gaps. Document arrival time cannot substitute for measurement time. Separate indexes may target scan and temperature questions, each supported by corresponding original data. Inspect actual embedding consistency within the associating search node and continue comparing sentence meaning. This document exercise performs no physical acceptance, determines no food condition and generates no conformity certificate.
