What the documents look like
Weighing and sorting happen inside the warehouse fulfillment step, where the central data are weight and specification. Source systems named in the brief are the WMS, electronic scales, the order system and quality-inspection photos, with updates per order and per day. This page works on four document types: sorting task sheets, weighing labels, short-weight compensation forms and quality-inspection records. Weight values, specification descriptions and language versions are the fields that matter for retrieval and handover. These documents are produced in the warehouse but may later be pulled by an overseas receiving party, a multilingual service desk or a cross-border settlement step. The routing question is therefore who, under what authorization state, in which language, retrieves which version of a document.
Constraints at the workflow routing step
The Form Input node is a user-interaction node. When it triggers, the conversation enters an interaction state, the workflow state is recorded, and execution continues after the user completes the interaction. Required fields are collected and passed to later nodes after submission. The User Selection node behaves the same way at trigger, and when the user makes a choice the node evaluates that choice and executes the "yes" branch. Branch connections must be verified one by one. The interaction-state record is behavior of the interaction nodes; no separate global state-recording switch is documented. Collected values must be explicitly passed to later retrieval, decision or interface nodes, and output must be compared item by item against input. Order writes, document backfill and external status synchronization require a separate business interface or a later process. Retrieval and forms do not by themselves constitute authorized execution.
Hypothetical paper exercise. A sorting task sheet from a front warehouse states: "10 March 2025, batch A, specification 500 g ± 20 g, sorter has weighed and applied the label." A quality-inspection record states: "For the same batch, 3 items sampled, weight conforming, label language Chinese." A proposed draft sentence reads: "This batch has completed multilingual label replacement and synchronized to the overseas receiving party." This sentence is pending judgment. The source text supports only that a Chinese label was applied; it does not state a replacement action or a synchronization action. The authorization boundary stops at in-warehouse label application and recheck.
Configuration and implementation checks
| Configuration item | Hypothetical starting point for this exercise | Reason and comparison method |
|---|---|---|
| Required Form Input fields | Batch number, specification, language | Aligns with sorting task sheet fields; compare item by item for completeness |
| User Selection branch | "Yes" branch connected to the retrieval node | Verify the branch connection against the node documentation |
| Retrieval input handover | Form output passed into the retrieval node | Compare the input value against the task sheet source text |
| Multilingual retrieval scope | Chinese and target-language materials | Check the language marker on each document and exclude non-matching ones |
| Empty-result handover | Paper input [] checked against downstream | Observe whether downstream follows its empty-input branch design |
| External synchronization | Separate business interface required | Without an interface, no write or synchronization is executed |
Three common errors
- Treating a retrieval hit as authorized execution. In the hypothetical sample the draft sentence claims synchronization to the overseas receiving party, while the source text supports only in-warehouse label application. Check: input the draft sentence and the task sheet source text, compare whether "synchronization" has a corresponding interface record, and judge the claim unsupported when no record exists.
- Treating a pending review as an approval. If a handover request reads "multilingual label replacement pending quality supervisor review," this cannot be read as replacement already performed. Check: compare the status word in the request against the review record; only a completed review record satisfies the condition.
- Jointly associating libraries across different vector models. Libraries built on different vector models cannot be jointly associated, and no inference about missed recall or redundancy follows from this. Check: verify the library identifier and the vector-model identifier, exclude non-matching ones, and record what is actually observed.
How to verify the setup
- Input the task sheet source text and the draft sentence from the hypothetical sample. Compare whether the two actions, "multilingual label replacement" and "synchronization," have source-text or interface support. The expected observation is that the draft sentence is judged unsupported, with the evidence gap preserved.
- Input the handover request "pending quality supervisor review." Compare the review status field. The expected observation is that a pending review does not constitute approval and the request remains pending verification.
- Input the paper empty result
[]. Compare the downstream branch design. The expected observation is that downstream follows its empty-input path; no claim is made that a retrieval under an invented rule necessarily returns[].
