What the documents look like
Group-buy leader operations centre on community nodes and commission settlement. The working materials named in the brief are leader agreements, commission tables, pickup lists and community announcements. In a cross-border setting, one pickup list may exist in both Chinese and a target-market language, and announcements may need distribution by language. These materials share a structure: the subject is a leader or a station, the object is a specific order and its goods, and the state distinguishes stages such as pending confirmation, confirmed and picked up. The brief gives an update frequency of daily or per group; this page does not describe batch synchronisation or real-time triggers, and only addresses how retrieval and form nodes receive these materials.
The category differs from cold-chain acceptance in fresh produce: leader operations manage community nodes and commission, and do not perform cold-chain quality inspection. The typical actors are the platform, leader business developers and fulfilment stations. Errors produce leader attrition, wrong or missing deliveries, and community complaints.
Constraints at the workflow routing step
Cross-border multilingual retrieval requires separate knowledge bases by language. Bases built on different vector models cannot be associated together. A retrieval result indicates semantic similarity only; it does not decide leader identity, station affiliation or commission permission. The form input node, when triggered, moves the conversation into an interactive state, records the workflow state, collects required information and passes it to later nodes after submission. The user selection node, after the user makes a choice, evaluates that choice and executes the "yes" branch. Both nodes collect values and route branches. Order writes, document backfill and external state synchronisation require a separate business interface.
A paper exercise sample is used for the checks below. Sample text: a platform and leader A signed a leader agreement on 1 March 2025; the agreement sets the commission rate at 8% of pickup amount and is valid until 31 December 2025. Pickup list TH-20250315-007 is dated 15 March 2025 and its state is pending confirmation. The proposed sentence under review is: "Leader A's pickup list TH-20250315-007 dated 15 March 2025 is confirmed, and commission is settled at 8%."
Configuration and implementation checks
| Configuration item | Documented behaviour or implementation check | Relation to this sample |
|---|---|---|
| Form input node | Triggering enters the interactive state, collects required information, passes it on after submission | Collect leader identifier, list number, language choice |
| User selection node | After a choice is made, the "yes" branch executes; verify each branch connection | Judge whether the list state is confirmed |
| Interactive state check | Recording state is behaviour of the interactive node; no separate global state switch is documented | Check whether the workflow continues after submission |
| Output handover check | Pass collected information explicitly to later retrieval, judgement or interface nodes | Compare whether the list number and the retrieval result refer to the same object |
| External operation split | Order writes, document backfill and external state synchronisation require a separate business interface | Commission settlement and list confirmation are not completed inside these nodes |
| Retrieval base identifier check | Bases on different vector models cannot be associated; check identifiers first and exclude non-matching bases | Label the Chinese base and target-language base with their model identifiers |
Hypothetical trial starting value: the 8% commission rate is taken from the sample agreement text and is used as a comparison baseline against the commission table value. It is not an official default.
Three common errors
- Treating a retrieval result as an authorisation basis. The input is sample list number TH-20250315-007; retrieval returns similar text. Judging "confirmed" directly confuses semantic similarity with state confirmation. The check compares the state field in the retrieval result against the sample source text.
- Treating form submission as business completion. The form input node collects and passes information; submission does not automatically write an order or change list state. The check verifies whether a separate interface node receives the data downstream.
- Treating pending confirmation as confirmed. The sample source state is pending confirmation, while the proposed sentence says "confirmed". The same subject, same period and same field carry mutually exclusive values, which is a contradiction. The record remains unsupported.
How to verify the setup
- Check one: input the sample agreement text and the proposed sentence, compare the commission rate field. The agreement text states 8% and the proposed sentence states 8%; the same field carries the same value, so the condition is met. If the commission table shows a different figure, record the difference without presuming which side is correct.
- Check two: input sample list number TH-20250315-007 with state "pending confirmation", and compare against "confirmed" in the proposed sentence. These are mutually exclusive values of the same field. The proposed sentence is unsupported and the state remains to be verified.
- Check three: input the paper empty result
[]and check whether downstream nodes handle the empty-result branch. If the downstream design prompts that no related content was retrieved, the condition is met. Do not claim that a fictional rule retrieval necessarily returns empty. For cross-model bases, check identifiers first and exclude non-matching bases; do not run cross-model retrieval to compare missed recall.
