What the documents look like
For operations handover in B2B marketplaces, this page examines FastGPT upgrades. Verify source versions, service connections and personnel access separately during a B2B handover upgrade. The examples are hypothetical.
Constraints at the upgrades step
A new handover checklist lists business identity material, a quotation and an electronic contract, identifying originals and indexes with known versions. Before upgrading, inspect actual current and target versions and their instructions; the documentation baseline does not establish the environment. Use the same quotation question and original for comparison, retaining ingestion, retrieval and application-call results. If the selected source becomes unreadable, retain the failure location rather than accepting service startup alone.
Configuration and implementation checks
| Upgrade or implementation check | B2B handover condition | Acceptance result |
|---|---|---|
| Actual version | Current, target and matching instructions | No inferred environment from a documentation baseline |
| Fixed sample | Quotation question and the same original | Record ingestion, retrieval and calls separately |
| Connection diagnosis | Separate address, authentication and application settings | Use evidence from the actual failed call |
| Personnel access | Receiving member’s rights on the resources | Verify separately with the actual account |
| Recovery and version | Contract attachment and quotation index | Record gaps, stale citations and recovery coverage |
Documented conditions
| Documented item / implementation check | Condition |
|---|---|
Deployment version | Review current and target-version instructions first. |
AIPROXY_API_ENDPOINT | The environment setting uses the service root. |
AIPROXY_API_TOKEN | Tokens at both ends must match and be nonempty. |
Dependency and backup checks | After backup creation, inspect actual restored content. |
Post-upgrade validation | Reuse the same documents to test ingestion and calls. |
Three common errors
- If the upgraded service starts but selected contracts or quotations remain unreadable, retain versions and failure locations. Inspect ingestion, retrieval and calls separately; completed steps establish no usable sample.
- If model errors merge with missing conditions or denied operators, retain connection, answer-input and account results separately. Service authentication grants no receiving member contract access.
- If a backup entry lacks attachments or restoration cites old quotations, read actual originals and inspect indexes. Coverage gaps differ from stale citations; task completion guarantees no uninterrupted service.
How to verify the setup
Validate recovery by reading backed-up originals and inspecting the same retrieval question and answer. A backup entry with an unrecoverable contract attachment is a coverage gap. Restored originals followed by citations to an old quotation require a separate version-and-index check. Do not combine those issues into a completed procedural step. Retain recovered sources, missing evidence and account-access results without promising uninterrupted service or treating a service credential as proof of business-user rights.
