What the documents look like
For operations handover in Temu semi-managed sellers, this page examines FastGPT access controls. Transfer access by overseas warehouse and open fulfillment task, checking former operators and external warehouse identities separately. The examples are hypothetical.
Constraints at the access controls step
A handover exercise lists an overseas warehouse’s open fulfillment issue, current stock and another warehouse’s history. The incoming operator handles the former. Inspect applicable declaration and stock versions with the new account, retaining product, warehouse and period. Access only to another warehouse’s old table cannot establish readiness for this issue. Compare handover pointers and actual returns. A shared operator title transfers no universal warehouse scope; the owner confirms required resources and allowed operations.
Configuration and implementation checks
| Handover-permission check | Overseas warehouse and issue | Acceptance result |
|---|---|---|
| Current warehouse | Applicable fulfillment and stock versions | Product and period read by new account |
| Other history | No universal transfer from a shared title | Owner-confirmed operations |
| Former operator | Revoke declaration, fulfillment and calculation rights | Full responses and actual denials |
| External access | Platform, warehouse and logistics identities | Separate termination and retention checks |
| Business change | Permission approves no declaration or stock edit | System execution and outstanding actions |
Documented conditions
| Documented item / implementation check | Condition |
|---|---|
Team roles | Inspect roles for the actual member identity. |
Resource permissions | Inspect reading, editing and management by resource. |
Document classification | Classification and tags do not replace authorization. |
External-system permissions | Verify external-interface authentication separately. |
Per-account validation | Test the same source with authorized and unauthorized accounts. |
Three common errors
- If another warehouse’s old table establishes current readiness, compare product, warehouse, period and handover pointers. Locate grant or mapping gaps rather than transferring every warehouse by title.
- If former operators still read restricted procurement or fulfillment notes, retain originals, responses and scope. Handover markers establish no denial, and archiving replaces no revocation.
- If membership changes become terminated platform, WMS or logistics access, inspect each external identity. Retention differs from transfer; service connectivity establishes no personnel grant.
How to verify the setup
Use the incoming identity for current-warehouse issue sources and former or unrelated-warehouse identities for negative tests, recording visibility and operations. Correct grants with another warehouse’s stage in the answer need input and version checks rather than wider rights. Technical permission does not approve declaration or stock changes; inspect responsibility and execution separately. List source gaps, external revocations and open actions without presenting a staffing change as completed stock synchronization or resolved fulfillment.
