What the documents look like
Warehouse picking, checking and packing handles order outbound work. It does not handle supplier arrivals, which belong to inbound put-away. The main data sources are the WMS, the order system, the electronic waybill platform and weighing equipment. The daily documents are wave picking lists, checking records, waybills and packaging consumable lists. Data updates per order or per hour.
These characteristics shape workflow routing for operations handover. Work advances order by order. Handover materials change with order status. Permission judgments attach to a specific document and a specific step. A picking wave list names the orders in one wave. A checking record states who checked which orders and when. A waybill carries the recipient address. A packaging consumable list records material specifications. None of these documents by itself grants outbound operating authority.
Constraints at the workflow routing step
The form input node is a user interaction node. When it triggers, the conversation enters an interaction state. The workflow state is recorded. After the user completes the interaction, execution continues downward. The node collects required information and passes it to later nodes. The user selection node is also a user interaction node. When the user makes a choice, the node evaluates that choice and executes the "yes" branch. Both nodes can be added repeatedly and trigger execution.
The interaction state record is behavior of the interaction nodes. No separate global state recording switch is documented. Collected information must be explicitly passed to later retrieval, judgment or interface nodes, and output compared against input item by item. Order writes, document backfill and external status synchronization require a separate business interface or a later process. Retrieval and form collection do not constitute authorized execution.
Hypothetical paper exercise sample: a warehouse operations group processes wave picking list W-0610-03 on 10 June 2025, covering order outbound checking handover. The source text supplied for comparison reads: "The checking results for the orders listed in this wave picking list W-0610-03 are to be submitted by checker A to packing supervisor B before 18:00 on 10 June 2025." "In packaging consumable list H-0610-07, the bubble bag specification and the waybill recipient address belong to different fields and do not form mutually exclusive values." The draft sentence to be judged reads: "Checker A has obtained full outbound operating authorization from packing supervisor B."
Configuration and implementation checks
| Configuration item | Documented setting or implementation check | Relation to this page's sample |
|---|---|---|
| Form input node | Enters interaction state on trigger; collects required information; passes it to later nodes after submission | Collects the fields needed for checking handover |
| User selection node | Executes the "yes" branch after the user's choice; verify each branch connection | Confirms the direction of the handover request |
| Output receiving check | Pass collected information explicitly to later retrieval, judgment or interface nodes | Compares checking record and packaging consumable fields |
| Interaction state check | State recording is interaction node behavior; no separate global switch is documented | Checks the interaction process for W-0610-03 |
| External operation division | Order writes, document backfill and external status synchronization require a separate interface or later process | Authorized execution is not completed inside these nodes |
Hypothetical trial starting point: set the form input node required fields to 3 items for this paper comparison. This value is chosen because it needs to cover subject, object and time. The comparison method is to check item by item whether the submitted values reach later nodes. This is not described as an official default.
Three common errors
- Treating information collected by a form as an authorization result. The form input node collects required information and passes it on; it does not execute authorization. If a draft sentence states that full outbound operating authorization has been obtained, check whether the source material contains an authorization clause.
- Treating the "yes" branch of a user selection node as completed approval. The user selection node executes the corresponding branch; it does not produce an approval record. If the handover request shows only a selection action, the approval status remains pending verification.
- Treating the interaction state record as a global state switch. State recording is interaction node behavior; no separate global state recording switch is documented. If a configuration claims such a global switch exists, that field is unsupported.
How to verify the setup
- Input the hypothetical source sentence "checker A submits to packing supervisor B before 18:00 on 10 June 2025" and the draft sentence "has obtained full outbound operating authorization." Compare whether both contain the same subject, the same period and the same authorization field. If the source contains no authorization clause, the draft sentence is unsupported and the evidence gap remains.
- Input the field description of packaging consumable list H-0610-07 and the checking record. Compare whether the two fields are the same field with mutually exclusive values. If they belong to different fields, no contradiction exists; record the item as pending verification.
- Input the form input node's submitted output and the content received by later nodes. Compare whether the output fields match the input fields. If the output does not reach later nodes, inspect the node connections and record the actual observation without inferring a specific error cause.
