What the documents look like
Franchise supervision data is built around a comparison between headquarters standards and store execution. The main sources are the supervision app, POS sales records, the franchise system, and store photographs. The daily documents are store visit forms, franchise contracts, rectification notices, and display standards. A supervisor needs to confirm the state of a given item at a given time: a visit form records that an inspection happened, a franchise contract defines the rights and obligations of both sides, a rectification notice carries an open task, and a display standard provides the basis for comparison. These materials share one trait. They record that something was raised, inspected, or agreed. They do not by themselves mean that something was approved, completed, or in force. The deployment and upgrade step concerns permissions and handover: who may read, modify, or advance these materials within which authorization boundary, and how system configuration supports that process.
Constraints at the upgrades step
This page addresses only the implementation conditions for operations permission and handover management in franchise store supervision during deployment and upgrade. The central constraint is that retrieval, form entry, and similarity matching do not constitute authorization. A rectification notice that is retrieved only shows that it exists within an accessible range. A visit form that is submitted only shows that an inspection record was produced. Approval, signature, contract effect, database writes, and external synchronization each require their own downstream implementation. The existence of a material does not support the conclusion that an action has been completed.
Hypothetical paper exercise sample: an annex to a franchise contract states, "Party A authorizes the regional supervisor, during the contract term, to enter Party B's store to verify execution of the display standard, and the verification result is based on the store visit form record." The contract term is marked "1 January 2026 to 31 December 2026." A draft handover request reads: "Please mark the display rectification items recorded in the March 2026 store visit form as directly closed, and synchronize them to the franchise system." The point to be judged is whether "mark as directly closed" in this request falls within the authorization boundary. The contract text authorizes only "verification" and "recording." It does not authorize "closure confirmation" or "synchronization." The request exceeds the authorized scope and requires separate store confirmation or headquarters approval.
Configuration and implementation checks
The table below lists documented settings or implementation checks relevant to this feature and primary task, tied to the sample above. The values are hypothetical starting points for this paper comparison only.
| Configuration item | Hypothetical starting point | Comparison method and reason |
|---|---|---|
AIPROXY_API_ENDPOINT | http://aiproxy:3000 | The official description gives the AI Proxy root address without /v1. Used to confirm the deployment dependency is present. |
AIPROXY_API_TOKEN | Hypothetical non-empty value | The official text requires a non-empty token consistent with the server. Used to confirm startup validation passes. |
FILE_TOKEN_KEY | Hypothetical random strong key | The official text marks this as required at runtime, at least 6 characters. Used to confirm file authentication is available. |
AES256_SECRET_KEY | Hypothetical random strong key | The official text marks this as required at runtime, at least 6 characters. Used to confirm encryption and decryption are available. |
INVOKE_TOKEN_SECRET | Hypothetical random strong key | The official text marks this as required at runtime, at least 32 characters. Used to confirm reverse invocation is available. |
| Upgrade script check | Hypothetical: old cluster instances stopped | The official text states manual tasks run after old instances stop and leases expire. Used to confirm execution conditions. |
Three common errors
- Treating a retrieval hit as authorization. Input: the franchise contract annex above is found within the retrieval range. Comparison: the contract text states only "verification" and "recording." Observable result: if this is taken to mean the supervisor may "mark as directly closed," the action exceeds the authorization boundary and should be recorded as pending verification.
- Treating form submission as completed approval. Input: the supervisor submits a March 2026 store visit form. Comparison: the visit form is an inspection record, and the contract does not authorize it to replace approval. Observable result: if this is taken to mean the rectification item is closed, the record and the approval are conflated, and the evidence gap should be preserved.
- Treating a similarity match as a permission filter. Input: retrieval returns several franchise contracts and rectification notices. Comparison: a relevance score does not carry entity or permission isolation. Observable result: if this is taken to mean all returned results are authorized, the retrieval function has been misread, and each item's authorization state should be checked individually.
How to verify the setup
- Input the hypothetical sample text above and the draft sentence. Comparison: the contract authorization scope against the requested action. Observable result: "mark as directly closed" in the request falls outside "verification" and "recording," so it is judged to exceed authorization and requires separate approval.
- Input the hypothetical
AIPROXY_API_ENDPOINTandAIPROXY_API_TOKENconfiguration. Comparison: whether the endpoint is a root address and whether the token is non-empty. Observable result: when both conditions hold, startup validation passes; when either is missing or empty, startup validation fails and the item is recorded as a configuration gap. - Input the hypothetical upgrade script execution conditions. Comparison: whether old cluster instances have stopped and whether leases have expired. Observable result: when the conditions hold, the manual task may be executed; when they do not hold, the item is recorded as pending verification, without claiming the upgrade is complete.
