Convenience fresh-food orders: conversation logs for operations handover

Review conversation logs for operations handover in Convenience fresh-food orders. Check input mappings, source evidence and failure handling before use.

What the documents look like

Convenience-store fresh food is ordered at store level on a short shelf-life, high-frequency basis. The stores in this category work from POS sales, the headquarters ordering system, store inventory, and cold-chain temperature records, and the day-to-day paperwork includes fresh-food order forms, damage and loss reports, near-expiry handling sheets, and temperature logs. Daily and per-shift updates mean that at handover the previous shift's order requests, damage registrations, and near-expiry handling states need to be traceable.

Conversation logs and audit work in this category has to answer a narrow question: which session and which conversation produced a given order or damage request, and what authorization stage that request is in. The existence of a log shows only that a record can be looked up. Business approval and compliance audit belong to a complete business solution implemented separately. Two category facts shape this page. First, fresh food is ordered by the store rather than handled as a joint-operation revenue share, so the handover unit is a store shift and its own ordering and damage documents. Second, the consequences of getting it wrong include expired sales, stockout losses, and food-safety complaints, which is why the authorization stage of each request matters at handover rather than only the fact that a message was recorded.

Constraints at the conversation logs step

In the chat interface, chatId is used to take a session from the database, dataId identifies one conversation under a session, and appId identifies the application. When checking a handover, business materials need to be matched to a specific chatId and dataId; sessions from different entry points cannot be counted together. When run details are needed, detail=true is set per the official contract. In non-stream mode the result is held in responseData; in stream mode it is distinguished through event, and flowResponses carries the complete node responses. Proxying a team member identity through authProxy requires the team owner to enable it when creating or editing the key, and the proxied identity still needs permission on the target application and session. A form collects values; business verification, approval, database writes, and external synchronization each need their own downstream implementation. Retrieval and forms do not constitute authorization execution.

Hypothetical paper exercise sample: the following are paper materials for checking and point to no real entity.

Material text one: Fresh-food order form (hypothetical number XD-0417), store A, items are rice balls and sandwiches, quantity 40 units, submission time 17 April 07:10, status field reads "submitted, awaiting regional supervisor review."

Material text two: Damage and loss report (hypothetical number BS-0417-02), store A, item is sandwiches, 6 units, reason field reads "near expiry," status field reads "awaiting review."

Proposed handover request to be judged: "The order form and the damage report already submitted by the previous shift are both authorized and can be executed directly."

Evidence needed for the judgment: both material status fields show awaiting review, and no review-pass record, reviewer, or review time appears. Awaiting review does not show a lack of operating permission, and it is not completed authorization. The request is not supported, and the authorization stage remains to be verified.

Configuration and implementation checks

Configuration or check itemRelation to this page's sampleHow to judge
appIdIdentifies the application the ordering assistant belongs toMatches the application corresponding to store A in the materials
chatIdIdentifies one sessionOrder and damage requests under one session are grouped under one chatId
dataIdIdentifies one conversation under a sessionEach request corresponds to one dataId, checked one by one
detail=trueSet when run details are neededIn non-stream mode check responseData; in stream mode check event
authProxyProxies a team member identityRequires the team owner to enable it; the proxied identity still needs target application and session permission
source=apiRetrieves sessions created through the APIChecked separately from page sessions and not counted together

Three common errors

  1. Reading an "awaiting review" status field as completed authorization. In the sample, both the order form and the damage report are awaiting review, and no review-pass record appears, so the request is not supported.
  2. Treating retrieval or a filled form as authorization execution. A form collects values, and approval and writes need downstream implementation; retrieval does not constitute authorization.
  3. Treating the existence of a log as completed compliance audit. A log being retrievable shows only that a record is retained; reconciliation and compliance are carried out by a complete business solution.

How to verify the setup

  1. Enter the two hypothetical material texts and the proposed handover request, then compare the status field values with the wording of the request. If the status fields read awaiting review and no review-pass record appears, the request is not supported.
  2. Enter the sample chatId and the two dataId values, then compare whether they fall under the same session. If the two requests belong to different chatId values, they cannot be merged into one handover batch.
  3. Enter a request with detail=true, then compare whether responseData or flowResponses returns the complete node responses. If it does not, the run details remain to be supplied, and complete log retention is not presumed.
