What the documents look like
Franchise fee and deposit settlement draws on the finance system, franchise contracts, bank statements and store violation records. The working documents are franchise fee invoices, deposit ledgers, deduction notices and contract payment schedules. The subject is money and breach deductions, and government filing sits outside this scope. Errors here surface as fund disputes, franchise litigation and deposit refund conflicts. Updates arrive monthly and with each deduction.
For conversation logs and audit, the handover question is narrower than the settlement ledger. A stored conversation is not a completed compliance audit. The operations handover must line up the identity of one conversation, its run detail and the meaning of each returned field against the business record it is meant to support.
Constraints at the conversation logs step
Conversation identity is checked with chatId against the target conversation and the business record. Sessions from different entry points are not pooled into one count. When run detail is required, detail is set according to the official contract, and responseData is examined. Log fields are compared against what the interface actually returned, and business data that was not returned is not treated as fully retained. Test-mode identity fields can differ, so input, history and returned content are checked separately. Reconciliation, retention and compliance duties remain with the complete business plan.
Hypothetical paper exercise sample: a franchise management department hands over one conversation record dated 10 March 2026. The source material reads: "The conversation chatId is jm-20260310-01, the conversation dataId is d-7788, the deduction notice number is K-2026-031, the reason is a store violation deduction, the amount is 5000 yuan, and the status is pending review; the deposit ledger shows this franchisee's deposit balance is 30000 yuan." The proposed draft sentence under review is: "This deduction has been executed, and the deposit balance should be updated to 25000 yuan." The judgment compares the deduction notice status field and the ledger balance field, for the same subject, the same period and the same field.
Configuration and implementation checks
The table below is a hypothetical starting point for this exercise, not an official default.
| Configuration item | Hypothetical starting point | Reason and comparison method |
|---|---|---|
| chatId | jm-20260310-01 | Matches the source material; used to check conversation ownership |
| dataId | d-7788 | Matches the source material; used to check the conversation record |
| detail | true | Set per the official contract when run detail is needed; responseData is compared |
| source | api | Retrieves API-created sessions; the source field is compared |
| Deduction notice status | pending review | Source material value; compared against the ledger balance |
| Deposit balance | 30000 yuan | Source material value; compared against the draft sentence's 25000 yuan |
Three common errors
- Treating a pending-review deduction notice as executed. Input is the source material status "pending review"; the comparison is the draft sentence "has been executed"; the observable result is that the two status fields do not match.
- Rewriting the deposit balance directly from the draft sentence. Input is the ledger value of 30000 yuan; the comparison is the draft sentence's 25000 yuan; the observable result is that the balance field is not supported.
- Treating the existence of a log as a completed compliance audit. Input is the conversation record; the comparison is the reconciliation and retention requirement; the observable result is that the business audit division of work has not been implemented.
How to verify the setup
- Input the source material status "pending review" and compare it with the draft sentence "has been executed." If the two status fields do not match, the draft sentence does not hold.
- Input the ledger value of 30000 yuan and compare it with the draft sentence's 25000 yuan. If the balance field is not supported, the draft sentence does not hold.
- Input the conversation chatId and dataId and compare them with the responseData returned by the interface. If a field is not returned, record the gap and do not presume full retention.
