What the documents look like
On-demand retail store fulfillment handles online orders by the minute rather than through periodic stocktaking. Order volume arrives from Douyin Instant Retail, Meituan or JD.com Dada backends, while store inventory and rider trajectories participate at the same time. The brief records minute-level, per-order updates. That cadence matters here because at shift handover the picking list, out-of-stock report and delivery exception form left by the previous duty operator are frequently still open. The central problem for operations permission and handover management follows from this: whether the incoming operator holds authorization to continue operating or reassign an order that the previous shift did not close. A retrieval result or a submitted form does not supply that judgment.
The documents in scope are the instant order, the picking list, the out-of-stock report and the delivery exception form. In the handover context these are working records whose status values carry operational meaning. A report marked pending review is not a closed handover, and a shift-based permission statement is not an approval action.
Constraints at the workflow routing step
The Form Input node is a user-interaction node. When it triggers, the conversation enters an interaction state, the workflow state is recorded, and execution continues after the user completes the interaction. It collects required information and, after submission, passes the collected form information to later nodes. The User Selection node is also a user-interaction node with the same interaction-state behavior; when the user makes a selection, the node evaluates that selection and executes the corresponding "yes" branch. Both nodes perform information collection and branch judgment only. Order writes, document backfill and external status synchronization require a separate business interface or a later flow.
For routing, this means recording a handover request and approving a handover belong in different nodes. The first is existing interaction-node behavior. The second requires an explicit human review action or a downstream implementation.
Hypothetical drill sample: Paper material one is a shift handover record. Its text reads: "Morning-shift picker A entered order number X-001 in the out-of-stock report at 10:00, status pending review, no substitute product designated." Paper material two is a permission statement. Its text reads: "Store operations permission is granted by shift; the incoming operator holds view-only permission for the previous shift's pending-review reports." The draft request sentence to be judged is: "Incoming operator B may reassign order X-001 to a rider directly on the basis of that report." Under the quoted text, pending review does not equal approved, and the incoming operator holds view-only permission. The request sentence is not supported and remains pending verification.
Configuration and implementation checks
The table below lists routing check items for this hypothetical drill. The values are trial starting points for this exercise, not official defaults.
| Configuration item | Hypothetical starting point for this drill | Reason and comparison object |
|---|---|---|
| Form Input required fields | Handover number, order number, current status | Aligns with the three elements in the source text; a missing item leaves later nodes without input |
| User Selection branches | View, request reassignment | Compared against the view-only permission statement; request reassignment routes to human review |
| Interaction state recording | Recorded by the node itself | No separate global state switch is set; only check whether the node enters interaction |
| Output handoff | Pass collected information to the later judgment node | Compare each output field against the form input fields for consistency |
| External operation split | Order writes and status sync use a separate interface | Distinguishes these from existing node behavior; they are not written into the interaction node |
| Retrieval scope check | Limited to handover material the operator may access | A relevance score does not carry permission or entity isolation |
Three common errors
- Treating the User Selection "yes" branch as authorization approval. Input: the user clicks request reassignment. Comparison object: the view-only permission in the permission statement. Observable result: the branch executes while the order status stays unchanged, showing that branch execution and business approval are two different things.
- Treating a pending-review report as a completed handover. Input: status pending review in material one. Comparison object: the value approved. Observable result: the report remains pending review, and reassignment is not supported.
- Using a retrieval hit in place of a permission judgment. Input: the handover record returned by retrieval. Comparison object: the shift that record belongs to and the current operator. Observable result: the record is retrieved while the operator is outside the authorized shift, so retrieval does not constitute authorization.
How to verify the setup
- Use the draft request sentence from the sample. Input: "Incoming operator B may reassign order X-001 to a rider directly on the basis of that report." Comparison object: the view-only permission in material two. If the routing output is pending verification or routes to human review, the condition is met. If reassignment executes directly, the configuration does not meet the condition.
- Use the paper input
[]to check empty-result handoff. Compare whether the downstream node can still enter the human review branch when no retrieval result is present. If the downstream design depends on a non-empty result, record the gap. Do not claim that a fictional rule necessarily returns empty. - Check the identifiers of libraries across different vector models. Input: the model identifiers of the two libraries. Compare whether the two are identical. If they differ, exclude joint association and record only the actual observation. Do not infer missed recall or redundant results.
This page addresses only on-demand retail store fulfillment, operations permission and handover management, and workflow routing. Which materials, actions and requests during an operations handover sit at which authorization state cannot be settled by retrieval or by form submission.
