What the documents look like
Brand after-sales repair work turns on warranty responsibility and physical service points. A platform refund is only one possible outcome. The records that matter here are warranty cards, repair work orders, inspection reports and replacement approvals. These are produced per order, with some daily summaries. The source systems are the after-sales system, store orders, service point feedback and the national three-guarantee catalogue. The typical parties are the brand after-sales centre, store customer service and repair points. Getting this wrong leads to consumer complaints, repair overruns, compensation or replacement.
The conversation logs and audit step asks a narrower question: during operations handover, which materials, actions and requests sit in which authorization state. A log entry is a system behaviour. Reconciliation, retention and compliance duties need a separate complete business solution. The existence of a log does not mean a compliance audit has been completed.
Handover work depends on matching a session to the right business record. A chatId identifies one session under one application, must be unique and must be shorter than 250 characters. Sessions from different entry points must not be counted together. When the run detail of a conversation is needed, the documented contract requires detail to be set and responseData to be inspected. Fields actually returned by the log and the interface must be checked item by item. Business data that was not returned cannot be assumed to be fully retained. Identity fields in a test mode may differ from a formal call, so input, history and returned content need separate checks.
Constraints at the conversation logs step
The following is a hypothetical paper exercise. It points to no real customer, company or identity number.
Material text one: "Work order W-2024-0871, accepted by the brand after-sales centre. The customer reports abnormal noise from a washing machine. The warranty card shows a purchase date of March 2024, whole-machine warranty of one year, repair point at the Chengdong service point, acceptance date 12 September 2024."
Material text two: "Inspection report D-2024-0871, issued by the Chengdong service point. Conclusion: motor bearing wear. Recommendation: replace the motor assembly. Quoted price 480 yuan. The customer has not yet confirmed."
Draft sentence to be judged: "The Chengdong service point has been authorized to replace the motor assembly, and the 480 yuan cost is covered by the warranty."
Handover request: "Transfer the replacement approval authority for work order W-2024-0871 from store customer service to the brand after-sales centre."
These constraints shape the step. The session identity must be checked against the target conversation and the business record through chatId. The run detail of the conversation interface must be obtained through the documented detail setting and inspected in responseData. Fields that the log and interface actually return must be compared with the business fields that handover needs. A request to transfer authority is not a completed transfer. An inspection recommendation is not an executed repair. A quoted price with no customer confirmation is not a settled cost.
Configuration and implementation checks
| Check item | Documented setting or implementation check | Relation to the sample |
|---|---|---|
| Session identity | chatId locates one session, must be unique, length under 250 | Confirm the chatId for W-2024-0871 points at the target conversation |
| Run detail | detail=true keeps intermediate values and the full result in responseData | Check whether the inspection report node actually returned; record a gap if it did not |
| Identity proxy | authProxy requires the team owner to enable it; the proxy identity still needs target application and session permission | When handing over authority, check whether the proxy identity holds the target application permission |
| Session source | source=api returns only sessions created through the API | Check whether the handover session is an API source; page sessions are counted separately |
| Feedback field | loadCustomFeedbacks controls whether custom feedback is read | Check whether feedback data is loaded with the request in the log |
| Variable substitution | variables is an object that replaces [key] in module input boxes | Check whether the work order number in the handover request is passed correctly as a variable |
Hypothetical trial starting point for this page: set detail to true, because the intermediate nodes need to be checked for return. Compare against the response with detail=false and observe whether responseData appears. This is a paper starting value chosen for the check, not an official default.
Three common errors
- Treating the inspection report recommendation as an authorized execution. Material text two states the customer has not yet confirmed. That is a pending state. Check: input the inspection report text and the draft sentence, compare whether "recommendation to replace" and "has been authorized" are mutually exclusive values of the same field, and observe whether the draft sentence goes beyond what the source supports.
- Treating the handover request as an authority already transferred. The request text expresses an intention to transfer and does not state that approval was completed. Check: input the handover request text, compare whether fields such as approval completion, effective date or authorization scope appear, and observe whether only a request action is present with no authorization result.
- Treating records in the session list as complete audit retention. getHistories returns fields such as chatId, title and updateTime, and does not return business processing results. Check: input the session list response and the work order material, compare the field ranges, and observe whether business data is missing from the log.
How to verify the setup
- Verification one: input material text one, material text two and the draft sentence. Compare whether "has been authorized" in the draft sentence and "the customer has not yet confirmed" in material text two are mutually exclusive values of the same field. The condition is met when the draft sentence is identified as lacking authorization evidence, judged unsupported, and the evidence gap is retained.
- Verification two: input the handover request text. Compare whether the request states approval completion, an effective date or an authorization scope. The condition is met when the request is confirmed as pending, not a completed transfer, and no authority change is presumed.
- Verification three: input the session list response and the work order material. Compare whether the response fields overlap with the business processing fields. The condition is met when the log fields are confirmed not to contain the replacement approval result, recorded as an audit gap, and a separate system implementation is required for the business action.
All three verifications are paper checks and were not actually executed.
