What the documents look like
This page addresses the interactive forms step in operations handover for supermarket plastic-bag and single-use-item reporting. The category centers on disposable plastic product reporting and environmental supervision rather than membership marketing. Its main data sources are the Ministry of Commerce reporting system, POS plastic-bag sales, the procurement system, and store ledgers. Routine documents include the plastic-bag procurement ledger, sales vouchers, the half-year report, and the self-discipline commitment.
At handover, materials, operations, and requests each sit in a different authorization state. A form submission collects entered information and passes it to later nodes; retrieval and forms do not constitute authorization to execute. Half-year reports coexist with daily sales data, and the three time-consuming steps are tallying usage, checking sales vouchers, and reporting recovery status. Handover must distinguish who submits, who checks, and who approves. Completing an interaction is not the same as completing a business action.
Constraints at the interactive forms step
The Form Input node is a user-interaction node. When it triggers, the conversation enters an interaction state, records the workflow state, and continues downstream after the user completes the interaction. The User Selection node likewise enters an interaction state, records workflow state, and executes a branch according to the user's choice. Neither node carries a business database function. Field validation, business approval, write-back, and batch operations require external systems or later nodes.
Interaction state, hidden dialog, and recorded workflow state follow the documented descriptions. There are no submission-count, automatic-judgment, or snapshot-guarantee controls. Retrieval and relevance do not carry permission or entity isolation. Libraries using different vector models cannot be jointly associated; identifiers must be checked and non-matching items excluded. Optional paths in the overall flow diagram do not mean every request executes all of them. Image retrieval requires image input and model capability; reranking requires a model and must be enabled by configuration.
Hypothetical paper exercise: a store ledger reads "In the first half of 2025, the procurement ledger registered 1,200 kg of plastic bags; the sales vouchers correspond to 900 kg sold; the half-year report is to report usage of 900 kg; the submitter is store administration; the approval field is blank." A draft handover request reads "Please change the half-year report usage to 900 kg and submit it on my behalf." Judgment requires the same subject, same period, and same field. The procurement ledger's 1,200 kg and the sales voucher's 900 kg are different fields and cannot directly contradict each other. A blank approval field is unsupported, not a denial. Submitting on behalf is a pending request and does not demonstrate operational permission.
Configuration and implementation checks
The table below lists documented settings or implementation checks tied to this feature and task, using the sample above. The values are hypothetical starting points for this exercise and comparison method, not official defaults.
| Configuration item | Hypothetical starting point | Comparison and check method |
|---|---|---|
| Form Input required fields | Submitter, period, usage | Observe whether the interaction waits when any is missing |
| User Selection branches | Submit, return for supplement | Observe the downstream node path after a choice |
| Interaction state record | Recorded on trigger | Check whether the workflow continues after interaction completes |
| Downstream approval implementation | External system or later node | The form itself produces no approval result |
| Retrieval scope identifier | Checked by library identifier | Exclude joint association across different vector-model libraries |
| Empty-result handling | Paper input [] | Check downstream design; do not claim a mandatory [] return |
Three common errors
- Treating a form submission as completed business approval. In the sample the approval field is blank; submission only collects information, and approval requires an external system or later node.
- Treating retrieval or relevance as a permission filter. Relevance does not exclude unrelated business or unauthorized records. Libraries with different vector models cannot be jointly associated; check identifiers and exclude non-matching items.
- Treating a pending request as granted authorization. The submit-on-behalf request is pending review; it does not demonstrate operational permission or completed reporting.
How to verify the setup
- Input the sample text and the draft handover request. Compare the subject, period, and field across the procurement ledger, sales voucher, and half-year report. Judge a contradiction only when the same field has explicitly mutually exclusive values; judge a blank approval field as unsupported.
- Check the interaction state when a required form field is missing and after it is completed. Observe whether the interaction waits when a field is missing, and whether it continues downstream after submission. Do not claim this was tested.
- Check the retrieval scope identifier, exclude joint association across different vector-model libraries, and record the actual observation. Use a paper input of [] to check downstream design for empty results. Do not claim a fabricated rule guarantees a [] return.
