What the documents look like
A hypermarket fresh-food concession counter is typically run on site by a supplier, with revenue shared according to an agreed ratio. The working materials for this category include the concession contract, daily sales reports, loss sheets, and food purchase inspection records. POS records, supplier delivery notes, store stock counts, and food-safety ledgers together form the basis for reconciliation. In this task, conversation logs serve as the trace of operations handover: which materials have been submitted, which request sits pending review, and which action has received authorization all need to be recorded separately according to the logs and the fields actually returned by the interface.
The presence of a log only shows that a conversation record was produced. It does not show that the concession contract has taken effect, that loss apportionment has been confirmed, or that purchase documents have been inspected. Daily sales reports and loss sheets update by day and by batch. This rhythm sets the handover check to a single day and a single batch as its scope. It does not support any inference of batch synchronization or automatic triggering.
Constraints at the conversation logs step
Operations permission and handover management turn on distinguishing material status from operation status. In the chat interface, chatId is the session ID, dataId is the ID of one conversation under a session, and appId is the application ID. Only the three together locate a target record; sessions from different entry points cannot be counted together. When run details are needed, detail is set according to the interface, non-streaming results sit in responseData, streaming results are distinguished through event, and the complete node response appears in flowResponses. The fields the interface returns determine the visible scope of the log. Business data that is not returned cannot be presumed to have been fully retained. The identity fields of a test mode and a formal call may differ, so input, history, and returned content need to be checked separately. Reconciliation, retention, and compliance requirements are carried out by a complete business plan; the existence of a log does not equal a completed compliance audit.
Hypothetical drill sample: a hypermarket fresh-food department hands over a chilled-meat counter with one concession supplier. The source material for checking consists of three sentences. First, the concession contract states that the counter is operated on site by the supplier, with sales shared at an agreed ratio; the signature block carries the signatures of both parties' handlers, and the effective-date field is blank. Second, the daily sales report states the weighed sales amount for that counter on 10 March 2025; the report was exported by the store system and has not been confirmed by the supplier. Third, the loss sheet states the reported loss quantity and reason for the same batch of chilled meat, and notes that it awaits supplier review. A draft handover request to be judged reads: this handover confirms that operating permission for the counter transfers to the supplier from 10 March 2025, and loss apportionment is carried out according to the loss sheet. The points to judge: the contract effective-date field is blank, so signature does not equal effectiveness; the daily sales report has not been confirmed by the supplier; the loss sheet sits in a pending-review state. The draft sentence treats a pending review as already executed, and it is not supported.
Configuration and implementation checks
The table below lists only officially documented settings or implementation check items relevant to this page's feature and primary task. The values are starting points for this hypothetical test, not official defaults.
| Configuration item | Hypothetical starting point for this test | Reason for the choice and comparison method |
|---|---|---|
| appId | Dedicated handover application ID | Locates the target application; combined with chatId and dataId to check record ownership |
| chatId | Single handover session ID | Length under 250, kept unique, to avoid counting sessions from different entry points together |
| detail | true | Set per the official contract when run details are needed; non-streaming results sit in responseData |
| stream | false | Combined with detail to fix the response form, so returned fields can be checked one by one |
| source | api | Retrieves sessions created through the API, not page sessions, limiting the check scope |
| pageSize | 20 | A starting point for this test, used with offset for paging, adjusted to the actual record volume |
Three common errors
- Treating signature as contract effectiveness. In the sample, the contract effective-date field is blank; signature and effectiveness are two separate facts. Check action: input the contract source text, compare the signature block with the effective-date field, and if the effective-date field is empty, judge the draft as unsupported.
- Treating a pending-review loss sheet as executed apportionment. The sample loss sheet notes that it awaits supplier review. Check action: input the loss sheet source text and the draft sentence, compare the loss sheet status with the draft sentence wording, and if the status is pending review, the draft sentence does not hold.
- Treating the existence of a log as a completed compliance audit. The interface returns a limited set of fields, and business data that is not returned cannot be presumed retained. Check action: input the interface return content and the business retention checklist, compare their coverage, and record missing items as evidence gaps.
How to verify the setup
- Input the sample source material and the draft sentence, compare the contract effective-date field with the permission-transfer wording of the draft sentence. If the effective-date field is empty, the draft sentence is unsupported; record the gap.
- Input the loss sheet source text and the draft sentence, compare the loss sheet review status with the apportionment-execution wording of the draft sentence. If the status is pending review, the draft sentence does not hold; do not supply an authorization clause.
- Input the interface return fields and the list of business fields needed for handover, compare their coverage, and record unreturned items as unknown without claiming full retention. All three items rest on the expected judgment and do not claim that a live test was run.
