Product listing reviews: workflow routing for operations handover

Review workflow routing for operations handover in Product listing reviews. Check sources, input boundaries, error handling and repeatable test evidence.

What the documents look like

Title and detail-page compliance covers the truthfulness of promotional claims and the display of qualification materials. It does not cover parcel delivery. The daily working documents are the product title table, detail-page assets, the advertising prohibited-terms list, and quality inspection reports. Data sources include the platform rules center, advertising law compliance checklists, the brand asset library, and inspection agency reports. Updates occur weekly and at each new product launch. This page does not derive any synchronization mechanism from that update frequency.

For operations handover, three kinds of objects matter: materials, operation requests, and authorization status. Retrieval and form collection do not themselves constitute authorized execution. A pending request is not an approval. An offered option is not execution. A submitted form does not change any authorization state.

Constraints at the workflow routing step

The Form Input node is a user-interaction node. When it triggers, the conversation enters an interaction state and the workflow state is recorded. After the user fills in the required information and submits, the node collects the submitted form information and passes it to later nodes. The User Selection node is also a user-interaction node. When it triggers, the conversation enters the interaction state and the workflow state is recorded. When the user makes a choice, the node evaluates that choice and executes the "yes" branch. Each branch connection requires separate verification. The recording of state at interaction time is behavior of the interaction nodes; no separate global state-recording switch is documented.

Information collected by these nodes must be explicitly passed to subsequent retrieval, judgment, or interface nodes, and outputs must be compared with inputs item by item. Order writes, document backfill, and external status synchronization require a separate business interface or a later process; the nodes themselves do not perform those business actions. Retrieval and similarity do not carry responsibility for permission or entity isolation.

Hypothetical paper exercise sample: an e-commerce product operator submits a handover request on 10 June 2025. The material text reads: "Row 47 of the product title table contains the phrase 'lowest price on the entire network'; item 3 of the advertising prohibited-terms list states that 'lowest price' is a prohibited expression; quality inspection report Q-2025-0610 states that the product parameters match the detail page; the authorization letter in the brand asset library is valid until 31 December 2025." The proposed determination sentence is: "This title can go live directly; the handover is complete." The verification subject is the product operator. The object is the row 47 title and item 3 of the prohibited-terms list. The status is a prohibited-term hit. The authorization scope is the validity period of the asset library authorization letter. The request is in a pending-review state. It does not constitute an approval. The proposed determination sentence lacks any record of handling the prohibited-term hit.

Configuration and implementation checks

Configuration itemValue or check item on this pageBasis and explanation
Form Input nodeEnters interaction state on trigger; collects required informationOfficial documentation states the node records state and passes information on
User Selection nodeExecutes the "yes" branch after the user makes a choiceOfficial documentation states each branch connection requires separate verification
Interaction stateWorkflow state is recorded when the node triggersDocumentation does not describe a global state switch
Output handoffCollected information is explicitly passed to later retrieval, judgment, or interface nodesOutputs are compared with inputs item by item
External operation divisionOrder writes, document backfill, and external synchronization connect to a separate business interfaceThe nodes do not perform these business actions
Hypothetical starting point for this exerciseThe handover request review status is set to "pending review"This starting point is used to compare whether approval is complete, against the "approved" status

Three common errors

  1. Treating form submission as authorization approval. In the sample, after the product operator submits the handover request, the status is pending review. Form collection of information does not change the authorization status. Approval requires a separate record.
  2. Treating the "yes" branch of User Selection as completed business execution. In the sample, the proposed determination sentence claims the title can go live directly. Branch execution only represents the selection result. Going live requires a separate business interface.
  3. Treating retrieval similarity as permission isolation. In the sample, the prohibited-terms list hit is a content comparison result. Retrieval does not exclude unauthorized records. Permission requires independent verification.

How to verify the setup

  1. Input the sample material text and the proposed determination sentence. Compare item 3 of the prohibited-terms list with row 47 of the title to see whether a hit occurs. Observe whether any record of handling the prohibited-term hit appears. If it does not appear, the determination sentence does not hold.
  2. Input the handover request status "pending review." Compare whether an approval record exists. Observe whether the approval field is empty. If it is empty, authorization is not complete and the handover must not be treated as complete.
  3. Input the asset library authorization letter validity end date of 31 December 2025. Compare whether the request date of 10 June 2025 falls within the valid range. Observe the range judgment result. Being within the range only means the asset authorization is valid. It does not mean the title is compliant or that approval has passed.

This page addresses only platform product title and detail-page compliance, operations authorization and handover management, and workflow routing. Which materials, operations, and requests are in which authorization state during operations handover cannot be resolved by treating retrieval or form submission as authorized execution.
