What the documents look like
Platform product title and detail compliance deals with the truthfulness of promotional claims and the display of qualification materials. It does not handle parcel delivery. The working materials are the product title table, detail page assets, the advertising prohibited-words list, and inspection agency reports. These come from the platform rule center, advertising law compliance checklists, brand asset libraries, and inspection agency reports.
For operations handover, these materials determine who may edit a title, who may replace an asset, who may approve a listing, and which requests remain pending review at the moment of handover. Retrieval and forms collect values. Business verification, approval, database writes, and external synchronization each require their own downstream implementation. A pending request is not an approval, and an offered option is not an execution.
Constraints at the upgrades step
Before an upgrade, compare the current version with the target version and the corresponding upgrade notes. Do not infer current behavior from an old configuration name. The two manual migration scripts listed for v4.17.2 are described as non-blocking for service startup, and the dataset rebuild status migration depends on the chunk training migration having completed first. The upgrade notes state that the chunk training migration should be triggered after all old-version FastGPT App and Pro instances have fully stopped and old task leases have expired. That is a documented precondition, not an automatic trigger.
Service addresses configured by the deployer are not affected by the internal IP check. Retrieval association does not carry permission or entity isolation. A semantic relevance score is not a category, entity, or permission filter, and retrieval is not authorization. Empty-reference output can be checked against a downstream design that accepts a literal empty input array; this does not claim that a fictional rule search always returns an empty array. Datasets on different vector models cannot be jointly associated. Check the identifier, exclude the non-matching dataset, and record what is actually observed. Do not run a cross-model retrieval to compare missed recall.
Hypothetical paper exercise sample: A platform product operations staff member hands over a title table after an upgrade. The material text reads: "Title 'ultra-long battery life'; detail page parameter 'battery capacity 4500mAh'; advertising prohibited-words list marks 'ultra-long' as a pending-verification item; inspection report number QC-2026-031 covers the battery capacity of this model, issued March 2026, status issued." The draft sentence to be judged is: "The title 'ultra-long battery life' can be carried over directly, because the inspection report already covers battery capacity." The handover request is: "Please have operator B receive title edit permission and approve this title for listing." The judgment must share the same subject, the same period, and the same field: the prohibited-words list marks "ultra-long" as pending verification, and the inspection report covers battery capacity but does not cover the promotional term "ultra-long," so the draft sentence is unsupported. In the handover request, receiving permission and approving a listing are two different facts. Pending review does not demonstrate a lack of operating permission, and it does not equal approval.
Configuration and implementation checks
The table below is tied to this page's sample and lists documented settings or implementation checks relevant to this feature and the primary task. The values are hypothetical starting points for this exercise, not official defaults. The comparison method is a check against the upgrade notes and the deployment's own environment records.
| Configuration item | Hypothetical starting value for this exercise | Check and comparison method |
|---|---|---|
| AIPROXYAPIENDPOINT | Assume http://aiproxy:3000 | Compare with the upgrade notes requirement; do not append a chat completion path |
| AIPROXYAPITOKEN | Assume a non-empty admin token | Compare with the AI Proxy server-side configuration; confirm consistency and non-emptiness |
| AGENTSANDBOXPROVIDER | Assume left empty | Compare with the upgrade notes; empty means the sandbox is not enabled |
| DEFAULTTEAMBASICPERMISSIONSENABLED | Assume set to false | Compare the FastGPT and Pro Admin service configurations; keep both consistent |
| CHECKINTERNALIP | Assume set to false | Compare against the deployer-configured service address list; confirm those addresses are unaffected |
| FILEURLEXPIRED_DAYS | Assume set to 90 | Compare with the deployment's own environment records; confirm the handover material short-link validity |
Three common errors
- Reading the prohibited-words list marking "ultra-long" as a pending-verification item as a confirmed violation, and concluding the title must be deleted. Input: the sample material text. Comparison: the prohibited-words list status field. Observable result: the status remains pending verification, and the missing evidence stays missing.
- Treating the inspection report's coverage of battery capacity as coverage of the promotional term "ultra-long." Input: the sample material text. Comparison: the report's coverage scope against the title wording. Observable result: the two fields differ, and the draft sentence is unsupported.
- Treating the permission receipt in the handover request as an executed listing approval. Input: the sample request. Comparison: permission receipt against listing approval as two separate facts. Observable result: the approval status is not stated, and the evidence gap is preserved.
How to verify the setup
- For the draft sentence "The title 'ultra-long battery life' can be carried over directly, because the inspection report already covers battery capacity," the input is the sample material text and the draft sentence. Compare the prohibited-words list status and the report coverage scope. The expected observation is that the draft sentence is unsupported, because "ultra-long" remains a pending-verification item.
- For the handover request "Please have operator B receive title edit permission and approve this title for listing," the input is the sample request. Compare permission receipt and listing approval. The expected observation is that the two facts are recorded separately, the approval status is not stated, and the request is not treated as approved.
- For the empty-reference check, the input is a literal empty array
[]on paper. Compare whether the downstream design accepts an empty array. The expected observation is that the downstream processes it as empty input. Do not claim that a fictional rule search always returns an empty array.
These checks test the named primary task: drafting and handover judgment against supplied source wording and its stated limits. They do not test identity certification, report analysis, or any other task. No test, deployment, approval, or business action has actually occurred.
