What the documents look like
Multi-store matrices spread conversation data across storefront entries. One business conversation can arrive from a page, a share link, or an API call. Industry material lists store authorization lists, price control tables, cross-selling complaint forms, and monthly sales reports as routine documents. Conversation logs need to align subject and period with those documents. The material gives daily and monthly update rhythms. This page uses only daily and monthly, and does not derive batch synchronization or real-time mechanisms. Conversation identity relies on chatId to distinguish sessions. Sessions from different entries cannot be counted together.
For operations handover, three industry facts shape this task. First, store authorization lists define which store a distributor may access, so a log transfer request must be checked against the authorized store and its validity period. Second, cross-selling complaint forms carry a status field, and a status of pending verification does not equal a confirmed violation. Third, monthly sales reports and price control tables define the reporting period, so a handover request must state a period that matches the authorization window. These facts mean the conversation logs step is a matching exercise across documents, not a retrieval exercise.
Constraints at the conversation logs step
During operations handover, material, actions, and requests each sit in a different state. A retrieval hit, a completed form, and an interactive node return are all process information and do not constitute authorization execution. The official document states that when calling chat/completions, fields such as model and temperature are invalid and are determined by orchestration. When detail=true, intermediate values and complete results are stored in responseData. The session list with source=api returns only sessions created through the API. Clearing application sessions clears only sessions created through the API Key. The existence of a log does not equal a completed compliance audit. Reconciliation, retention, and compliance requirements are implemented separately by the complete business plan.
Hypothetical paper exercise sample, with no real entities: Material text one, "Store A authorization list: authorized party is Distributor Jia, authorized store is Store A, valid from January 1, 2025 to June 30, 2025." Material text two, "Cross-selling complaint form: complained party is Store A, complaint date March 10, 2025, status pending verification." Draft handover request to be judged: "Store A's March 2025 conversation logs may be handed to Distributor Jia for review." The comparison must check whether the authorized party and store match, what the complaint status is, and whether the period falls inside the validity window.
Configuration and implementation checks
The table below gives hypothetical starting points and check items for this exercise. It does not represent official default values.
| Configuration item | Hypothetical starting point for this exercise | Reason and comparison object |
|---|---|---|
| body.appId | Fill in the target application ID | Compare with chatId under the same application to judge session ownership |
| chatId | A unique string under 250 characters | Compare item by item with the conversation identifier in the business record |
| detail | Set to true | Enable according to the official contract when responseData is needed |
| source | Use api | Retrieve only API-created sessions, kept separate from page sessions |
| Authorization scope | Fill in per the authorization list text | Compare with complaint form status and validity period |
| Audit division of labor | Mark as implemented by a separate system | Keep distinct from log retention, not treated as completed |
Three common errors
- Treating a retrieval hit as authorization approval. Input a query, compare the returned records against the authorized party in the authorization list, and if the returned records contain an unrelated store, the retrieval did not isolate permissions.
- Treating a pending complaint as a confirmed cross-selling violation. Input the complaint form status field, compare the status value, and only clearly mutually exclusive values form a contradiction; an unstated value remains pending verification.
- Treating an interactive node return as a completed submission. Input the interactive configuration, compare whether a follow-up request appears, and if no continued call appears, the flow remains in a waiting state.
How to verify the setup
- Input hypothetical sample text one and the draft handover request, compare the authorized party, store, and period fields. Only when all three fields match the same subject, same period, and same field does the handover condition hold; otherwise record the evidence gap.
- Input chatId and a session list request with source=api, compare whether the returned list contains only API sessions. If a page-source session appears, the condition is not met.
- Input a request with detail=true, compare whether the response contains responseData and the tokens value inside it. If missing, record that it was not returned, and do not presume complete retention.
A relevance score is not a category, entity, or permission filter. Similarity settings do not exclude unrelated businesses or unauthorized records. Retrieval is not authorization. Forms collect values; business verification, approval, database writes, and external synchronization need their stated downstream implementation. Without a documented error code or actual observation, describe what to compare and what remains unknown.
