Marketplace category access: workflow routing for operations handover

Review workflow routing for operations handover in Marketplace category access. Check input mappings, source evidence and failure handling before use.

What the documents look like

Marketplace category qualification access happens before a listing goes live or a store is onboarded. The review object is the operating entity's qualification documents and the chain of authorization behind the brand. The documents handled day to day include the business license, trademark registration certificate, brand authorization chain, and industry license. These materials come from platform recruitment pages, the national enterprise credit information publicity system, trademark office data, and license systems. Updates are irregular, and collection restarts with each onboarding attempt. The supplied brief rates its confidence as broadly accurate.

For workflow routing, the important fact is that material collection and authorization verification sit in different stages. A Form Input node enters an interaction state when triggered, collects required information, and passes that information to later nodes after submission. A User Selection node executes the corresponding "yes" branch after the user makes a choice. Both nodes record workflow state and continue downward once the user completes the interaction. Retrieval or form collection does not constitute authorization, and a submitted form does not mean the qualification has passed review.

Constraints at the workflow routing step

The completeness of an authorization chain depends on document-by-document evidence. A workflow can only carry information that has already been collected and pass it downstream. Information gathered by a Form Input node must be explicitly handed to later retrieval, judgment, or interface nodes, and outputs must be compared against inputs item by item. Branch connections from a User Selection node need individual verification so that a choice result reaches the intended downstream path.

Order writing, document backfill, and external status synchronization require a separate business interface or a later process. State recording by an interaction node is the node's own behavior; no separate global state-recording switch is documented. The same-vector-model requirement for a retrieval library applies to retrieval association itself and does not extend to requiring the same model for an enterprise credit site or another external system. Semantic recall and relevance scores do not perform permission or entity isolation.

Hypothetical paper exercise sample: an onboarding specialist submits a brand authorization chain for checking. The source text to compare against reads: "Authorizing party: Jia Brand Management Co., Ltd.; authorized party: Yi Trading Co., Ltd.; authorized brand: Jia Brand; authorization period: January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025; authorization scope: online sales in mainland China." The draft handover request reads: "Please transfer the Jia Brand category operating permission of Yi Trading Co., Ltd. to the Bing Operations Team, with a handover effective date of March 1, 2025." The request does not state whether the Bing Operations Team has written consent from the brand owner or the authorizing party, and it does not state whether the original authorization chain remains valid after handover. This content is a paper exercise and does not point to real entities.

Configuration and implementation checks

The table below lists documented settings or implementation check items relevant to this hypothetical sample. The values are starting points for this exercise; the reason for each choice and the comparison method are stated together, and no value is presented as an official default.

Configuration itemHypothetical starting pointReason and comparison method
Form Input node required fieldsAuthorizing party, authorized party, authorized brand, authorization period, authorization scopeFields map item by item to the sample source text; a missing field is recorded as a gap and authorization is not inferred
User Selection node branchesTwo branches, "materials complete" and "materials pending"Verify branch connections one by one and confirm the choice result reaches the matching downstream node
Interaction state checkEnters interaction state when triggered and records workflow stateCheck against the documented explanation; do not claim snapshot guarantees or a submission-count limit
Output handoff checkPass form-collected information to later retrieval or judgment nodesCompare outputs against inputs item by item and confirm fields are not dropped or rewritten
External action divisionPermission transfer and status synchronization attach to a separate business interfaceWorkflow nodes do not execute authorization changes, and a handover request does not take effect because a form was submitted
Retrieval association checkVerify the retrieval library identifier and the vector model identifierLibraries sharing the same vector model may be associated together; exclude mismatched libraries and record the actual observation

Three common errors

  1. Treating form submission as completed authorization. In the hypothetical sample, if the workflow enters a "handover complete" branch right after the draft handover request is submitted, the input is the form submission action, the comparison object is the written consent record from the authorizing party, and the observable result is that the branch executes while the consent record is absent. The authorization state remains pending verification.
  2. Treating a user selection branch result as an approval conclusion. If the "materials complete" branch is selected and the system outputs "qualification passed," the input is the selection action, the comparison object is the review conclusion document, and the observable result is that passing language appears in the output while no review record exists. A selection action does not produce approval effect.
  3. Associating libraries across different vector models. If a qualification material retrieval library is directly associated with another library using a different vector model, the input is the two library identifiers, the comparison object is the vector model identifier, and the observable result is that an association is created while the model identifiers do not match. Exclude the mismatched library and record the actual observation; do not infer missed recall or redundant results.

How to verify the setup

  1. Check the form output against the hypothetical sample. The input is the sample source text and the Form Input node configuration. Compare the required form fields against the subject, object, authorization period, and authorization scope in the source text. The observable result is that complete fields pass to downstream nodes, and missing fields are recorded as evidence gaps. Do not determine that authorization has taken effect.
  2. Check the User Selection branch connections. The input is the choice result for the two branches "materials complete" and "materials pending." Compare the downstream node connected to each branch. The observable result is that the choice result reaches the matching path, and an unconnected branch remains unexecuted. Do not equate branch execution with approval.
  3. Check the model identifier of the retrieval association. The input is the retrieval library identifier and the vector model identifier. Compare whether the two match. The observable result is that same-model libraries are associated, mismatched libraries are excluded, and the observation is recorded. An empty-result handoff can be checked against the explicit paper input [] to verify the downstream design; do not claim that a fictional rule retrieval necessarily returns an empty result.
