Wholesale stall trading: conversation logs for operations handover

Review conversation logs for operations handover in Wholesale stall trading. Check sources, input boundaries, error handling and repeatable test evidence.

What the documents look like

Wholesale market stall transactions are more fragmented than regional distributor replenishment. They rely on on-site bargaining and consignment shipping, and the daily paperwork includes purchase slips, handwritten sales sheets, stall lease contracts, and payment receipts. These materials carry different authorization states at the point of an operations handover. A handwritten sales sheet may show only the handler's signature, a stall lease contract may be signed and effective at different points in time, and a payment receipt records a collection fact that sits apart from the outstanding-balance collection stage.

Conversation logs and audit work must connect a specific conversation or a specific record to a specific material and operation. The task is to check who raised what request within what scope, and what state that request occupied at the time. A log entry existing does not mean a compliance audit has been completed. Reconciliation, retention, and compliance requirements are carried out by the full business solution separately.

Constraints at the conversation logs step

Conversation identity needs to be checked against chatId so that the target conversation matches the business record. Sessions from different entry points cannot be counted together. When run details are needed, set detail according to the official contract and inspect responseData. Business data that is not returned cannot be assumed to have been fully retained. Retrieval and similarity scores do not perform permission or entity isolation, and retrieval itself is not authorization.

Hypothetical exercise sample: stall owner A and buyer B negotiate a batch of goods. The material text reads: "The handwritten sales sheet states three items of goods, unit price to be negotiated, and the handler signature field is blank; the stall lease contract is marked as signed by both parties, with no effective date noted." The draft sentence to be judged is: "B has confirmed the purchase and completed the handover." That sentence lacks B's confirmation record and handover evidence, so it is unsupported.

Configuration and implementation checks

Check itemHypothetical starting point for this exerciseComparison method and reason
chatId uniquenessAssume chatId "duihua-001" is used in this exerciseCompare record by record within the target conversation to confirm no duplicate under the same chatId
detail settingAssume set to true in this exerciseCheck whether responseData is returned, for run-detail verification
Material-to-conversation mappingAssume the sales sheet number is linked to the chatIdCompare the number item by item to confirm the material and conversation point to the same object
Authorization state recordAssume the record notes "handler signature blank"Compare against the material text to confirm the state description matches
Handover request stateAssume marked "pending verification"Compare against confirmation records; if missing, keep pending verification

Three common errors

  1. Treating a retrieval hit as permission confirmation. Input a query, compare the returned results against the target material, and if the results include unrelated stall records, retrieval has not performed entity isolation and manual exclusion is required.
  2. Treating a pending-review state as authorized. Input a handover request, compare its state field against the authorization record, and if the state is pending review with no signing or effective evidence, judge it unsupported.
  3. Counting sessions from different entry points together. Input records from two chatIds, compare their identity fields, and if the fields differ yet the records are still merged for statistics, conversation identity verification is missing.

How to verify the setup

  1. Input the material text and the draft sentence from the hypothetical sample, compare whether the draft sentence contains B's confirmation record and handover evidence, and if both are missing, judge it unsupported as expected.
  2. Input the conversation records for chatId "duihua-001" and the sales sheet number, compare whether the two point to the same object, and if they match, the mapping is correct.
  3. Input an empty result [], compare whether the downstream design handles it as an empty result, and if the downstream does not error and keeps the pending-verification state, empty-result handling is normal. All of the above are paper checks and were not actually executed.
