What the documents look like
Channel diversion reviews concern regional and price order, and they do not handle rebate amount accounting. The working materials are diversion complaint forms, anti-counterfeit code records, penalty notices and investigation photographs. They come from anti-counterfeit code systems, e-commerce platform prices, distributor shipment records and market inspections. Updates arrive weekly or irregularly. Tracing goods source codes, comparing low-price shops and executing penalties consume the most time.
For conversation logs and audit, these traits mean one conversation often corresponds to a specific complaint or a batch verification process. Logs need to separate entries and cases by chatId. Sessions created through API calls, online use and shared links cannot be counted together. Whether materials are complete, and what authorization state a request occupies, directly affects whether the logs can later reconstruct how a case was handled.
Constraints at the conversation logs step
The conversation interface authenticates with an APIKey. When calling chat/completions, passing body.appId in the request body is recommended. The appId priority order is body.appId, then <apiKey>-<appId>, then the appId associated with the apikey. When chatId is absent, platform context is not used and context is built entirely from the passed messages. When chatId is a non-empty string, the session is taken automatically from the database, the last item of the messages array is used as the user question, and the remaining messages are ignored. The caller must ensure chatId is unique and shorter than 250 characters. Passed fields such as model and temperature have no effect and are determined by the orchestration. To obtain intermediate values, set detail; non-streaming results are held in responseData, and streaming results are distinguished through event. The session list interface with source=api retrieves only sessions created through the API. Clearing an application's sessions likewise clears only sessions created with an APIKey. These constraints show that whether logs can reconstruct a case depends on whether the caller passes and separates chatId correctly and whether detail run information is retained.
Hypothetical drill sample: a brand channel control staff member begins a review of one diversion complaint form. The material text reads: "Complaint form number A-001, complaint target is a regional distributor, anti-counterfeit code range 3001 to 3050, complaint date 3 March 2025, status pending review." The proposed handover sentence is: "This complaint form has been reviewed and a penalty may be executed." Decision points: the material records only the status pending review. It records no review conclusion, no penalty basis and no approval record. The phrases "has been reviewed" and "a penalty may be executed" in the proposed handover sentence are not supported by the material and remain to be verified. They cannot be handed over as completed facts.
Configuration and implementation checks
| Configuration or check item | Hypothetical starting point | Explanation and comparison method |
|---|---|---|
| chatId uniqueness and length | Hypothetical starting point of 32 characters | Documented requirement is unique and shorter than 250; compare one by one against the target session identifier |
| appId passing location | Hypothetical use of body.appId | Compare against <apiKey>-<appId> and the apikey-associated value using the documented priority order |
| detail value | Hypothetical setting of true | Set per documentation when run details are needed; check responseData for non-streaming, event for streaming |
| source filter | Hypothetical value of api | Distinguish from online use and shared links; check whether only API sessions are retrieved |
| Run detail fields | Hypothetical check of nodeId, moduleType, runningTime | Compare against fields actually returned by the interface; do not presume unreturned business data was retained |
These numeric values are hypothetical trial starting points used to explain the reason for the choice and the comparison object. They are not official default values.
Retrieval and similarity do not carry permission or entity isolation. Libraries across different vector models cannot be associated together. Check identifiers only and exclude non-matching entries. Form collection of values does not equal business verification, approval or database writes; those actions require separate downstream system implementation.
Three common errors
- Counting sessions from different entries together. The input is three kinds of sessions: online use, shared links and API. The comparison object is chatId and source. If filtering by source=api is not applied before aggregation, non-API sessions are included in the handover scope.
- Treating retrieval or a form as authorization execution. The input is a request containing an interactive node. The comparison object is the display configuration returned by the interaction and the authorization record. Treating a penalty as approved merely because userSelectOptions or inputForm collected values is an overreach of authority.
- Treating log existence as completed compliance audit. The input is a run detail that exists but has incomplete fields. The comparison object is the business reconciliation and retention requirements. Declaring the audit complete without checking missing fields leaves evidence gaps.
How to verify the setup
- Input the sample text "Complaint form number A-001 ... status pending review" and the proposed handover sentence "This complaint form has been reviewed and a penalty may be executed." Compare the material status field against the conclusion of the draft sentence. The draft sentence is supported only when the material records a review conclusion and a penalty basis; otherwise record it as pending verification.
- Input a hypothetical API session request. Compare whether chatId is unique and shorter than 250, and whether appId is passed according to the priority order. Observe whether the session list with source=api can retrieve the corresponding record by that chatId.
- Input a request with detail=true. Compare the nodeId, moduleType and runningTime actually returned in responseData against the list of fields the business needs. Record missing fields as gaps; do not presume complete retention.
An empty result can be checked with a clearly labelled paper input of [] against downstream design; a hypothetical rule retrieval cannot be claimed to return [] with certainty. Cross-model libraries cannot be associated together; check identifiers first and exclude non-matching entries rather than running cross-model retrieval to compare missed recalls. Optional paths in the documented overall flow do not mean every request executes all of them: image retrieval requires corresponding image input and model capability, and reranking requires a model and must be enabled by configuration.
