What the documents look like
Franchise filing management handles legal disclosure and the commerce department system. It does not handle specific site engineering. The working materials are the franchise contract, the operations manual, filing materials and disclosure documents. Sources include the commercial franchise information management system, enterprise licences, store lists and the contract ledger. Update frequency is irregular and annual. This page does not depend on a bulk synchronization mechanism.
At the point of operations handover, materials, actions and requests each sit in a different authorization state. A form value collected by a node is not a business authorization. A retrieval result is not a permission release. The materials relevant here are the annual disclosure file and the contract ledger, and their status is often pending review rather than approved.
Constraints at the interactive forms step
The Form Input node is a user interaction node. When it triggers, the conversation enters the interaction state, records the workflow state, and waits for the user to complete the interaction before continuing downward. The node collects the information the user fills in and passes it to later nodes. It does not include a business database function.
The User Selection node is also a user interaction node. It triggers the interaction state, records the workflow state, and waits for the user to complete the interaction. When the user makes a choice, the node judges that choice and executes the "yes" branch. It is not a personnel directory or a business data selector.
Field validation, business approval, write-back and bulk operations need to be implemented in an external system or in later nodes. Retrieval and relevance scores do not carry permission or entity isolation duties. The interaction wait, the state record and the hiding of the dialog box follow the documented description. No corresponding control switch is documented.
Hypothetical paper exercise sample: the source text reads "Party A is the franchisor headquarters, Party B is franchise legal counsel, and the handover object is the 2024 disclosure file and the contract ledger; this batch of materials is currently in pending review status and does not state an approval completion date." The draft sentence to be judged is "The above materials have completed approval and handover may be executed." This sample is used only for paper checking. It does not represent a real customer or an actual test.
Configuration and implementation checks
| Configuration item | Type | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Form Input node | Existing node behaviour | Triggers the interaction state and passes collected values to later nodes |
| User Selection node | Existing node behaviour | Executes a branch based on the user's choice |
| Required information checklist | Implementation check | Lists the subject, object and status fields that this task cannot omit |
| Field validation | Needs a separate system implementation | Completed in an external system or a later node |
| Business approval and write-back | Needs a separate system implementation | Not a built-in node capability |
| Interaction state record | Existing node behaviour | Records the workflow state and waits for the interaction to complete |
For this exercise, the starting value is one record in pending review status. This value is chosen because the sample source text explicitly states "pending review". The comparison object is whether the "approval completion date" field exists.
Three common errors
- Treating a form-collected value as a business authorization. Input: the sample draft sentence. Compare the node-collected field with the approval status field. Observe whether "pending review" is misread as handover-ready.
- Treating the User Selection node as a personnel directory or permission selector. Input: the handover request. Compare the node branch logic with the authorization boundary. Observe whether the selection result is used directly as a release basis.
- Treating a retrieval result as permission isolation. Input: a query by material name. Compare the retrieval return with the access scope. Observe whether a relevance hit causes the approval status check to be skipped.
How to verify the setup
- Input the sample source text and the draft sentence. Compare whether "pending review" and "approval completion date" share the same subject, the same period and the same field. The handover condition is satisfied only when the approval completion date clearly exists and the status is completed. When it is not stated, record it as pending verification.
- Input the handover request. Compare the User Selection branch with the authorization boundary. Observe whether the node only executes the branch and does not automatically release. The authorization state needs to be confirmed by an external system.
- Input a query by material name. Compare the retrieval return with the access permission. Observe whether only records within the accessible scope are returned. For an empty result, the downstream design can be checked with the paper input []. This does not claim that a fictional rule must return [].
