What the documents look like
Livestream violation appeals deal with penalties that have already occurred and require a review of the evidence chain. Materials come from the platform violation center, livestream replays, customer service records, and the product qualification library. Everyday documents include violation notices, livestream recordings, product qualifications, and appeal statements. Materials are updated irregularly, triggered once per violation. During operations handover, locating the violation segment, supplementing evidence, and drafting the appeal rationale take the most time. These materials sit in different states during handover: the violation notice is a record awaiting verification, the livestream recording is material awaiting location, and the product qualification is an attachment awaiting confirmation of its valid scope. Forms collect filled-in values, while business verification, approval, write-back, and external synchronization require later nodes or external systems.
Constraints at the interactive forms step
After the form input node triggers, the conversation enters an interactive state, records the workflow state, waits for completion and submission, then passes the filled-in information to later nodes. After the user selection node triggers, it likewise enters an interactive state and executes the "yes" branch according to the user's choice. Neither node includes a business database function; field validation, business approval, write-back, and batch operations are implemented in external systems or later nodes as needed. Retrieval is not authorization, and form submission is not approval. A handover request in a pending-review state does not mean operational permission is missing; signing, reaching cooperation, and contract effectiveness are three distinct facts.
Hypothetical drill sample. Material text one: "Platform violation center notice: a livestream room was recorded on the March 12, 2025 session for incomplete display of product qualifications, and the penalty status is pending appeal." Material text two: "The livestream replay shows the product displayed from minute 42 to minute 47 of that session, and the product qualification in the qualification library is valid until February 28, 2025." Draft sentence or handover request: "Please have Operator A hand over the appeal materials for this session to Operator B, and confirm that B has obtained the operational permission to submit the appeal." Determination points: the subjects are Operator A and Operator B, the objects are the appeal materials and submission operation for this session, the states are the handover request and the permission confirmation request, and the valid scope is limited to this session. This request is a pending matter, and whether permission has been granted and whether materials have been handed over both remain to be verified.
Configuration and implementation checks
| Configuration or check item | Purpose on this page | Basis and status |
|---|---|---|
| Form input node | Collect filled-in values such as appeal statement, session number, and material list | Official documentation states it collects and passes filled-in information |
| User selection node | Make branch choices for "whether to hand over" and "whether to supplement materials" | Official documentation states it executes the "yes" branch according to the choice |
| Interactive state | Record workflow state after triggering and wait for interaction completion | Official documentation states execution continues after interaction completes |
| Required information check | List the session, object, and state fields indispensable to this task | Implementation check item, with missing items and supplements tested separately |
| Downstream processing division | Field validation, approval, and write-back implemented by external systems or later nodes | Official documentation states the node has no built-in business database |
| Hypothetical trial starting point | This hypothesis starts from "material list of 3 items" and compares item by item with the supplemented list | Hypothetical starting point for this exercise, not an official default |
Three common errors
- Treating form submission as permission grant. The input is the handover request in the draft sentence, the comparison object is whether operational permission has been granted, and the observable result is that the request remains in a pending state.
- Treating the "yes" branch of user selection as completed business approval. The input is the selection result, the comparison object is whether approval has been executed, and the observable result is that the approval record is missing.
- Treating retrieval results as the basis for authorization. The input is the retrieved material, the comparison object is whether the material falls within the target scope with access rights, and the observable result is that the material identifier does not match the target scope.
How to verify the setup
- Input the hypothetical sample material text one and the draft sentence, compare the penalty status field with the handover request field; if the penalty status is pending appeal and the handover request is pending, the condition is met; if a record showing granted permission appears, verify its source.
- Input the hypothetical sample material text two, compare the product qualification validity date with the session date; if the validity date is earlier than the session date, the material is in a pending-supplement state; if the validity date is later than the session date, record the difference.
- Input the paper input [] for empty-result handling, check whether the downstream design handles an empty list; for libraries across different vector models, verify identifiers first and exclude non-conforming ones, recording actual observations.
