What the documents look like
Livestream violation appeals respond to penalties that have already been issued. The working materials are the platform violation notice, the livestream recording, product qualification files, and the appeal statement. These materials arrive from the platform violation center, livestream replay, customer service records, and the product qualification library. They are not produced on a fixed schedule; each violation generates its own batch. For operations handover, the hard part is not collecting the files but keeping three things checkable across a deployment or upgrade: whether the material set is complete, what authorization state each handover request is in, and which account may actually submit the appeal.
A deployment or upgrade changes the environment that stores and serves these materials. After the change, access to appeal material, the completeness of the handover record, and the status of any pending request must remain traceable. Retrieval of a document and the authority to act on it are separate facts, and a form that records a value does not by itself transfer any permission.
Constraints at the upgrades step
The following is a hypothetical paper exercise sample, not a record of any real store, account, or filing.
Hypothetical exercise sample: a store compliance handover record states that on 10 March 2026, operator A transferred the appeal material for violation notice number A-0310 to operator B. The material contained a 12-minute livestream recording segment, 2 scanned product qualification files, and 1 draft appeal statement. The transfer form is marked with the status pending review and is unsigned. The sentence under evaluation is: "Operator B has obtained the submission permission for this appeal."
The sample supplies a subject (operator B), an object (the appeal for violation notice A-0310), a stated status (pending review, unsigned), and a date scope (10 March 2026). It does not supply any signed or approved field. A pending review status does not establish that operator B lacks submission permission, and it does not establish that operator B holds it. The correct reading is that submission permission is not supported by this record and remains to be verified.
Upgrade work adds a second constraint. Configuration names and behaviors can change between versions, so a field name carried over from an earlier deployment cannot be used to infer how the current version behaves. Each item must be checked against the current version's documented name and requirement. Where the documentation states a required value or a length floor, the check compares the actual value against that stated requirement rather than against a remembered earlier setting.
Material completeness and authorization are also distinct. A complete set of recording, qualification, and appeal statement shows the file set is whole. It says nothing about whether authority to submit has moved from one operator to another. The two checks must be recorded separately.
Configuration and implementation checks
The table below ties each item to this page's documents and to the handover task. Values shown as hypothetical starting points are chosen for this exercise only; each carries its reason and the value it is compared against. No value here is an official default unless the documentation states one.
| Configuration item | Hypothetical starting point for this exercise | Reason and comparison method |
|---|---|---|
| AIPROXYAPIENDPOINT | Hypothetical value http://aiproxy:3000 | Documentation requires the AI Proxy root address and states it must not have /v1 appended. Compare the actual value against that format. |
| AIPROXYAPITOKEN | Hypothetical non-empty value | Documentation requires a non-empty admin token matching the AI Proxy server. Compare against the AI Proxy server configuration. |
| FILETOKENKEY | Hypothetical random strong key | Documentation requires at least 6 characters and states example values must not be used. Compare length and content against those conditions. |
| AES256SECRETKEY | Hypothetical random strong key | Same documented conditions as above; used for encryption and decryption. Compare against the stated length floor and the example-value warning. |
| INVOKETOKENSECRET | Hypothetical random value of at least 32 characters | Documentation requires at least 32 characters. Compare the actual length against that floor. |
| DEFAULTTEAMBASICPERMISSIONSENABLED | Hypothetical value false | Documentation states this does not affect existing teams and that FastGPT and Pro Admin should stay consistent. Compare the two sides for consistency. |
Two further implementation checks apply to the handover task itself. First, confirm which account holds submission authority for violation notice A-0310 by locating a signed or approved record, and record the result as unsupported where no such field exists. Second, confirm that the transfer form's status field is read as a status value and not as an authorization grant. Neither check writes to a database, calls an external system, or triggers a scheduled action; those steps would each require their own downstream implementation, which this page does not assume.
Three common errors
- Treating the pending review status on the transfer form as granted authority. Input: the hypothetical sample text stating the status is pending review and unsigned. Comparison: whether a signed or approved field is present. Observable result: no signature or approval field exists on the record, so submission permission for operator B is not supported and the state is recorded as pending verification.
- Treating a retrieval hit as a permission credential. Input: a search that returns the material for violation notice A-0310. Comparison: the authorization scope field attached to that material. Observable result: the retrieval hit does not change any account's operating permission; authority still has to be checked separately. A relevance score is not a category, entity, or permission filter.
- Carrying an old configuration name straight into the upgraded deployment. Input: the configuration field name used before the upgrade. Comparison: the current environment variable names listed for the target version. Observable result: where the names differ, each item must be checked against the upgrade notes, and no current behavior may be inferred from the old name.
How to verify the setup
- Input the hypothetical sample text stating the transfer form is pending review and unsigned. Compare whether a signed or approved field is present. Observable result: where that field is absent, the drafted sentence "Operator B has obtained the submission permission for this appeal" does not hold, and the state is recorded as pending verification. A pending request is not an approval.
- Input the hypothetical sample's violation notice number A-0310 and its material list. Compare whether the list contains all three types: recording, qualification files, and appeal statement. Observable result: where all three are present, this shows only that the material set is complete; it does not show that authority has transferred. Material completeness and authorization are recorded as separate findings.
- Input the actual value entered for AIPROXYAPIENDPOINT after the upgrade. Compare whether that value is a root address with no
/v1appended. Observable result: where/v1is present, the value does not match the documented requirement and must be corrected before the check is repeated. Where the value cannot be read, the result remains unknown and is recorded as a gap rather than a pass.
