What the documents look like
Group-buy leader operations centre on community nodes and commission settlement. The working materials are leader agreements, commission tables, pickup lists and community announcements. These materials update daily and per group, so retrieval must be bounded by a specific date and a specific group node. Fields from one group node or one date cannot be mixed with another.
The four material types carry different roles. A leader agreement records authorization terms. A commission table records the settlement basis. A pickup list records fulfilment evidence. A community announcement records notification history. A retrieval result can only reflect what these materials already state. A retrieved clause about when an agreement takes effect does not show that signing was completed, and a retrieved permission clause does not show that the permission was opened.
Constraints at the retrieval step
The knowledge base search node can associate one or more knowledge bases that use the same vector model. Knowledge bases built on different vector models cannot be associated together. The vector model identifier must be checked first, and any knowledge base that does not match is excluded. A cross-model retrieval is not run in order to compare missed recalls; the check is the identifier and the exclusion, and the actual observation is recorded.
Hybrid retrieval merges semantic and full-text results through RRF. RRF is a fusion process inside hybrid retrieval, not a separate switch that can be turned on or off. Reranking requires a rerank model and must be enabled according to its settings. Image retrieval requires an image input and the corresponding model capability. The minimum relevance value takes effect only under semantic retrieval or when result reranking is used. It is a filter threshold, not the final ranking rule, and it does not perform permission or entity isolation. The citation limit is measured in tokens. The output citation content is an array and its length can be zero, so the downstream path still runs even when nothing is retrieved.
Hypothetical paper exercise sample, not a real record:
Material text one: "Leader agreement, clause 3: This agreement takes effect on the date both parties sign. Party A is the platform operator, Party B is the leader. During the agreement term, Party B may apply for pickup list verification permission."
Material text two: "Commission table, March 2025, group node A: base commission rate 5%, after-sales deduction calculated on the actual refund amount. This table applies only to group node A orders in March."
Draft sentence to be assessed: "The leader agreement has taken effect, and Party B has obtained pickup list verification permission."
This draft sentence has evidence gaps. Material text one states the condition under which the agreement takes effect, but does not state that signing has been completed. It also does not state that pickup list verification permission has actually been opened. Both facts remain to be verified.
Configuration and implementation checks
| Configuration item | Value or check on this page | Basis and boundary |
|---|---|---|
| Associated knowledge bases | Associate only the leader agreement, commission table, pickup list and community announcement bases that use the same vector model | Knowledge bases on different vector models cannot be associated together |
| Search mode | Test the draft sentence under semantic retrieval and under full-text retrieval, then compare the retrieved content | No single mode is assumed to suit all four material types |
| Citation limit | For this exercise the starting value is set at 2000 tokens, compared against a 1000 token run for content completeness | This value is a starting point for this exercise, not an official default |
| Minimum relevance | Label relevant and irrelevant samples first, then compare the filtered results after a threshold change | Takes effect only under semantic retrieval or result reranking |
| Question optimization | Compare the original question with the optimized question, and check whether the subject, group node and date were altered | Used for coreference resolution and question expansion |
| Result reranking | Confirm the rerank model is configured and enabled according to its settings, then compare rerank scores | No rerank score is produced when reranking is not enabled |
Three common errors
- Treating a retrieval hit as an authorization that has taken effect. Input the draft sentence and retrieve from the leader agreement base. If material text one is returned, this shows only that the effect condition is stated. Whether signing was completed and whether the permission was opened both remain to be verified.
- Treating minimum relevance as a permission or entity filter. Input the draft sentence, raise the minimum relevance, and compare results before and after. If a commission table for an unrelated group node is still returned, the threshold has not isolated the entity.
- Treating RRF as a switch that can be turned on. Check the search parameter configuration. If no switch named RRF exists there, the fusion process inside hybrid retrieval cannot be started or stopped on its own.
How to verify the setup
- Input the draft sentence and compare the retrieved content against material text one and material text two. If the retrieved content contains the effect condition but does not contain a record that signing was completed, the draft sentence is judged unsupported and the evidence gap is recorded.
- Input the draft sentence once under semantic retrieval and once under full-text retrieval, then compare the two retrieval results. If full-text retrieval matches terms such as "leader agreement" and "pickup list verification permission", and semantic retrieval matches close paraphrases, both result sets still need word-by-word comparison against the source text.
- Use a paper input of an empty array to check the downstream design. If the search node outputs citation content of length zero, confirm the downstream path still runs. Do not claim that a retrieval under an invented rule necessarily returns an empty array.
This page addresses only group-buy leader operations, operations permission and handover management, and knowledge base retrieval and recall. Which materials, operations and requests sit at which authorization state during a handover cannot be settled by retrieval or by a form.
