Group-buy leader operations: interactive forms for operations handover

Review interactive forms for operations handover in Group-buy leader operations. Check input mappings, source evidence and failure handling before use.

What the documents look like

Group-buy leader operations manages community nodes and commission, and does not directly carry out cold-chain quality inspection. The working documents for this category are leader agreements, commission tables, pickup lists and community announcements. Data comes from the group-buy back office, leader community groups, order details and after-sales records, and updates daily or per group.

For operations permission and handover management, these materials naturally carry four kinds of information: subject, object, period and authorization state. A leader agreement names the cooperating parties and the effective scope. A commission table corresponds to a settlement period. A pickup list corresponds to a specific group round. A community announcement is outbound published content. The interactive forms step has to collect these values accurately and pass them to later nodes. The interaction itself does not constitute authorization, and it does not complete approval or write-back.

Constraints at the interactive forms step

When the form input node is triggered, the conversation enters an interactive state, the workflow state is recorded, and execution continues after the user completes the interaction. The user fills in required information and submits; the node collects the submitted form information and passes it to subsequent nodes. The user selection node is also a user interaction node: it enters the interactive state, and after the user makes a choice, the node evaluates that choice and executes the “yes” branch. Both nodes are user interaction nodes, can be added repeatedly, and trigger execution. Neither node carries business database functions. Field validation, business approval, write-back and batch operations need an external system or later nodes.

Retrieval and similarity do not carry permission or entity isolation. A recalled record is not an authorization credential, and a similarity setting does not exclude unrelated businesses or unauthorized records.

Hypothetical paper exercise sample. The material text is: “Leader agreement: Party A is a platform operations center, Party B is leader Zhang, the cooperation period is 1 March 2026 to 31 August 2026, and the agreement status is pending signature by both parties.” “Commission table: settlement period March 2026, leader Zhang, commission payable is pending calculation.” The handover request to be assessed is: “Transfer leader Zhang’s March 2026 commission settlement permission to new operations staff Li, effective from 1 March 2026.” This request contains a subject, an object, a period and a proposed effective date. The materials do not state that signing is complete, that commission calculation is complete, or that any authorization clause permits the permission transfer. The request is therefore unsupported and pending verification.

Configuration and implementation checks

Configuration itemSetting or check for this pageRelation to the sample
Form input nodeTriggering enters the interactive state, records workflow state, and after submission collects form information for later nodesCollects subject, object, period and proposed effective date from the handover request
Required-field checkList the fields this task cannot omit, and test the missing-field case and the completed case separatelyThe sample lacks an authorization clause and signing status, so it is a missing-field case
User selection nodeAfter the user makes a choice, the node executes a branchSeparates “continue checking” from “do not transfer yet”
Interactive stateAfter the node triggers, it waits for interaction and continues downward after completionNo approval or execution effect is produced while waiting
Downstream division of labourField validation, business approval, write-back and batch operations are implemented by an external system or later nodesPermission transfer and commission settlement are not completed inside the node
Hypothetical starting valueFor this exercise only, the proposed effective date is set to 1 March 2026 and compared with the cooperation period start date in the materialA comparison basis for this exercise, not an official default

Three common errors

  1. Treating form submission as a completed permission transfer. In the sample, submission only enters the interactive state. The materials state no authorization clause. Signing, reaching cooperation and contract effectiveness are three distinct facts. Submission is not approval and is not effectiveness.
  2. Treating a pending-review status as missing operating permission. The sample agreement status is pending signature by both parties. This only shows that the signing fact is incomplete. It does not support a conclusion that the leader or the operations staff lacks a particular permission.
  3. Treating a retrieval result or similarity score as an entity-isolation measure. Retrieval does not perform permission filtering. A recalled record does not mean that this leader or this period has been authorized for handover.

How to verify the setup

  1. Input the sample material text and the handover request to be assessed. Compare whether the subject, object, period and proposed effective date in the request match what the material states. Observe whether the node enters the interactive state and waits, and whether submission passes the fields to later nodes. The expected result is that fields pass through completely while the authorization conclusion remains pending verification.
  2. Build the missing-field case. Remove the authorization clause and the signing status from the material, keeping only the subject and the period. Compare whether the node exposes the missing items as fields to be supplied, and observe whether execution still continues downward after submission. The expected result is that missing items can be identified, while business approval and permission transfer are not completed inside the node.
  3. Build an empty-result continuation. Use a paper input of an empty list to check the downstream design. Compare which branch the downstream node takes when no record exists, and observe whether automatic approval or automatic write-back appears. The expected result is that no authorization execution occurs when no record exists, and the gap is recorded as unsupported.
