Group-buy presale orders: workflow routing for operations handover

Review workflow routing for operations handover in Group-buy presale orders. Check sources, input boundaries, error handling and repeatable test evidence.

What the documents look like

Presale group buying collects orders first and organizes procurement and fulfillment afterward. This differs from leader relationship maintenance, which is a separate line of work. The daily materials for this category are the presale product table, the group-order result, the procurement plan, and the cut-off notice. Their sources cover mini-program orders, supplier inventory, leader feedback, and warehouse routing. The update frequency is daily or per session. During handover, one session can span two working days, so material versions and session identifiers need to be checked together.

Workflow routing in this category carries the collected result of interaction nodes into later nodes. When the Form Input node is triggered, the conversation enters an interaction state and the workflow state is recorded. After the user fills in required information and submits, the node passes that information to later nodes. When the User Selection node is triggered, the conversation also enters an interaction state, and after the user makes a choice, the corresponding "yes" branch executes. These two node behaviors belong to the nodes themselves. Order writing, document write-back, and external status synchronization require a separate business interface or a later process.

Constraints at the workflow routing step

Around the cut-off point, operations handover involves three kinds of objects: materials, operations, and requests. Retrieval results and form-collected values are input materials and do not constitute authorized execution. The Form Input node collects the form information the user fills in; the node itself does not verify the business permission that information corresponds to. The User Selection node executes the "yes" branch; a selection action does not replace an approval action.

Hypothetical paper exercise sample: the source text for comparison consists of three sentences. Sentence one: "The presale product table version for this session is B-0715, the cut-off time is 15 July at 20:00, and the applicable warehouse is the Chengdong warehouse." Sentence two: "The group-order result record shows 412 orders collected for this session, with status cut off." Sentence three: "The procurement plan draft is marked 'pending confirmation by supply chain scheduling', and the confirmer field is empty." One draft sentence to be assessed is: "The Chengdong warehouse session of 15 July has completed procurement plan confirmation and can arrange the sorting wave." The assessment compares subject, period, and field. The materials show the procurement plan is a draft and the confirmer field is empty; the draft sentence states confirmation is complete. These are mutually exclusive values in the same field. An empty confirmer field means no confirmation fact is recorded. The draft sentence is unsupported, and the evidence gap remains open for verification rather than being written as a negation.

Configuration and implementation checks

The table below covers this page's sample and lists documented node behaviors together with implementation checks. The values are hypothetical starting points for this exercise, used to explain the comparison method, and are not official defaults.

Configuration or checkHypothetical starting point for this exerciseComparison method and reason
Required fields of the Form Input nodeSession identifier, warehouse identifierAfter submission, compare each form item with the version field of the presale product table to confirm the same session
Output handover of the Form Input nodeGroup-order result fieldsCheck whether the output is passed into a later retrieval or decision node; if not connected, record a gap
Branch of the User Selection nodeThe "yes" branchVerify branch connections one by one and confirm which later path the selection action corresponds to
Interaction state checkEntered on triggerCheck the interaction state recording behavior against the documentation; do not add a separate global state switch
Division of external operationsOrder writing uses a separate interfaceMark item by item which actions require a business interface and which are manual checks
Retrieval scope checkTarget scope with access rightsCheck whether handover materials fall inside that scope; record a gap when they do not

Three common errors

  1. Treating a form-collected value as an authorization credential. In the sample, the form can collect the session and warehouse identifiers, and the collection action does not verify confirmation permission. Using the collected value directly as the basis that the procurement plan is confirmed compares a form output against the confirmer field; when the confirmer field is empty, that basis does not hold.
  2. Treating the "yes" branch of the User Selection node as approval. In the sample, the draft sentence states confirmation is complete, while the node branch only indicates the user made a choice and the corresponding path executed. A selection action and a confirmer signature are different facts and should be checked separately.
  3. Treating a retrieval hit as permission isolation. The sample materials need to be checked within the target retrieval scope that carries access rights, and relevance does not perform entity or permission filtering. If the material is not inside that scope, record it as unsupported rather than as a conflict or a negation.

How to verify the setup

  1. Input the three source sentences and the draft sentence, and compare subject, period, and field. The material subject is the Chengdong warehouse session of 15 July, and the draft sentence has the same subject. The field is the procurement plan confirmation status; the material shows a draft with an empty confirmer field, while the draft sentence states confirmation is complete. When mutually exclusive values appear in the same field, the draft sentence is judged unsupported. This is a paper exercise and has not been run.
  2. Input the output fields of the Form Input node and the input parameters of later nodes, and compare whether field names and session identifiers correspond. If the output is not connected to later nodes, record a handover gap. If it is connected but the session identifier differs, record it as pending verification.
  3. Input the branch connection list of the User Selection node and check one by one which later node the "yes" branch points to. If the branch is not connected, or points to a node unrelated to the sample session, record a configuration gap. An empty-result handover can be checked against the downstream design using the explicit paper input []. Do not claim that a fictional rule retrieval necessarily returns []. Libraries across different vector models cannot be associated together; check the identifier first and exclude those that do not match.
